Wonderful Staff

Incredible is the St. Regis Doha. The amazing service by every single member of staff, and I have stayed in many different categories of hotels worldwide, yet this was truly beyond expectations. The luxurious clean rooms, public areas, pool, beach and the incredible facilities on site. The many different dining options and then the incredible breakfast buffet, wow! We booked 4 days more and stayed here for 10 days. I highly recommend this incredible hotel in Doha.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at The St. Regis Doha. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and care. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and so sweet — from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The service was outstanding, and they truly made us feel at home. We especially loved spending time by the pool and just relaxing; it was the highlight of our stay. The peaceful atmosphere and top-notch service made it a perfect getaway. We left with beautiful memories and are already looking forward to coming back!

I arrived early at The St. Regis Doha and was warmly welcomed by the staff. Even though my room wasn’t ready, they were kind enough to offer me an early check-in and generously upgraded my room. I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and I couldn’t be more thankful. It was a luxurious and seamless experience from start to finish.

Tuvimos el placer de hospedarnos en The St. Regis Doha del 11 al 21 de abril, y nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. Desde el primer momento nos impresionó el excelente servicio y el trato excepcionalmente amable de todo el personal. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Maged, Kazi y Basit, quienes hicieron todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda, personalizada y llena de atenciones. Cada interacción con ellos fue cálida y profesional, demostrando el alto nivel de hospitalidad que distingue al St. Regis. En la playa, el ambiente fue igualmente maravilloso gracias a Brian y Joe, quienes siempre estuvieron atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar, asegurándose de que disfrutáramos cada momento junto al mar con total tranquilidad. La combinación de instalaciones impecables con habitaciones amplias y comodas, servicio de primer nivel y la calidad humana del equipo hizo que nuestro tiempo en el St. Regis Doha fuera inolvidable. Stayed for a family holiday. Superb hotel with a huge swimming pool and a nice beach. Even at full capacity the pool area felt very spacious and loungers were always available poolside. Service is outstanding in all areas, the staff cannot do enough and are very attentive everywhere and go above and beyond. Rooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds and the location of the hotel is great as it’s in the West Bay Area so all the major sights are a short taxi ride away and there are plenty of dining options should you wish to go out in the evenings.

Exceptional service from the moment I got out of the car. All the staff were friendly and attentive. They did everything to make my stay a great one. I will be back.

All in all, it was the best vacation since very long. We had a wonderful time from the first second we arrived, till the last minute. The food, the beach, the pool, the rooms everything was just great. But what we liked most, was the staff. Roula was also always so nice and would have done everything for us. In every section it was so friendly, kind, attentive and we felt so loved. Every wish came true. Safa was so nice, friendly at every time and she is a sunshine! I could call so many more names, because everyone was so nice

My stay at The St. Regis Doha was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated to top-tier service—attentive, gracious, and consistently professional. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant interiors and a warm, luxurious atmosphere throughout. The gym was truly state-of-the-art—easily one of the best hotel gyms I’ve experienced, with premium equipment and a great setup for serious training. The food was absolutely amazing, offering both variety and outstanding quality at every meal. Everything was seamless, from check-in to departure. A world-class experience I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and high standards in Doha.
