Except for some technical difficulties with remote curtains and water pressure in the executive suite, our stay was exceptionally pleasant. Staff above all were very accommodating, with smiles and positive energy.

Wonderful staff. We had a sink leak and told the front desk and they fixed it right away. I would suggest renewing the carpets in the rooms because they are getting outdated. However, the room is comfortable and clean. Also, the breakfast could be better. The location was excellent and the connection to the mall is convenient.

While the building itself deserves 4–5 stars, the service ranks among the worst I’ve experienced anywhere in the Middle East or Asia. I stayed for just 2 nights (36 hours total), and not once did anyone clean or service my room. On the first day, I left at 7:30 am for work and returned at 4 pm to find the room completely untouched. I called reception to collect the room service tray from the night before—two hours later, no one had come. I finally had to place it in the corridor myself. They eventually appeared much later, waking me up as I was already asleep. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were unfriendly—no greeting, no smile—and when I left, no goodbye either. The only staff who showed any professionalism were the concierge and the valet. For a hotel of this category, such negligence is unacceptable.

The Torch Doha est vraiment un hôtel impressionnat et parfait sur toute la ligne! Je vais y retourner c'est certain! les installations, la chambre, le restaurant tournant, le personnel avenant, serviable et sympathique, les transports accessibles. Tout! absolument tout était parfait et merveilleux Bravo et merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour à Doha, capitale du Qatar!

Mid hotel

My family and I decided to stay here during new year. The room was nice, larger than in the pictures but dimmer than expected. The LED lights inside the room were cool and everything was pretty high-tech, however there was some issues controlling the AC temperature with the iPad provided. Moreover, the view was underwhelming due to it being blocked by the outer part of the Torch building. Room service could also use improvement as it took 2 hours before we received our requested water bottles and extra towels. Overall, our stay here was average and didn't greatly contribute to our new year celebration.

Excellent rooms. Unique Tower Hotel

The hotel is nice near the stadium and near shopping mall (walking distance) all the staff were great except the room service. I have a 6 month old baby and i needed help to steralize her milk bottles so i can feed her again .. all he said was i can’t help you! Which was very disappointing .. after guest service made it easy and helped thanks to her understanding Also room service called me late night past 12 am telling me he billed the wrong amount for the night before and needs 5 qar more and wanted me to pay NOW ! I was in bed trying to sleep .. how can someone call late at night he could have waited till morning and it was his mistake it’s not like i gave him less! Very unprofessional from him

Best hotel

To call this a 5 star hotel is crazy. I’ve had better stays at 3 or 4 star hotels. The facility is pretty lackluster and the rooms are kind of dated. Some details: 1: this IS a smoking friendly property. Although there are no smoking placards near the elevators, there are ash trays all around the property and people smoking at all times, and no one tells them to stop. Our first room smelled horribly like smoke, so I asked to be moved. We were moved to yet another room that smelled like smoke… They offered air freshener which helped only momentarily. 2: The shower overflowed constantly all over the floor. Also the water temperature was not consistent. It was scalding hot then would become freezing cold. 3: there are no facilities to buy needs on site. There’s 2 restaurants which are extremely expensive and one coffee shop which charged me $20 for TWO bottles of water. I’m not even kidding. The charge was $19.38 usd. For 2 large bottles of water. 4: The reception process was less than warm and welcoming. You’d think at a 5 star hotel it would be a bit more friendly.

One of the best customer service. Staff has been very helpful and professional. Have a great access to Villagio mall. Very sporty ambiance. Food of both restruant 360 and the torch garden is delecious. Overall the best experience in Qatar.
