Nice room and the bathroom. The staff was not very friendly.

Camera pulita. Colazione ok. Ho preso una bottiglia d’acqua al ristorante da portare in camera, ed è inaspettatamente costata 4 euro. Per vicinanza alla linea del tram, al mattino è un po’ rumoroso.

it is a restaurant hotel, some distance from the old town center. the room is basic, not even has hair dryer, but able to borrow one from the front desk. blanket has a strong bleach smell, bathroom has leakage issue, got flooded floor after shower. Breakfast is average. Staffs are friendly.

Very Nice hotel

Siellä oli näköjään uusi ja vanha puoli ja meille sattui tämä vanha, joka oli pesulan seinän takana. Olisi kunnostamisen varaa. Aika tiukka palvelupolitiikka joissain asioissa, mutta suurin osa henkilökunnasta oli aivan jees. Vaatimaton aamiainen, mutta ravintolan ruoka oli hyvä. Olimme 3 yötä täydellä hinnalla.

Very glad we had a car.

Very conflicted about this hotel and I don't think I would recommend it. The basic twin room we booked was not really like the pictures on here, but it was fine - very small. No air conditioning so during a heat wave this was very uncomfortable - there was a door to a balconette which we opened only to have an invasion of bugs in the room. The staff member seemed quite unfriendly when we arrived - when we had originally booked on Expedia it said until 10pm, only on the day of our arrival did we get an email saying it was earlier. We tried to contact the hotel through Expedia (the only option we had available) and this didn't seem to work. We arrived at 9:18pm and reception closed at 9pm - the guy said "you should have the information on an email" which I didn't, so when I asked him for further help he rolled his eyes but did help us find our room information - after this he was helpful & seemed in a better mood. The toilet roll supplied was just 3 half used rolls which I've not had at a hotel before! There was also works on the hotel & road works right outside our room which started at 7am both mornings - after a night of barely any sleep due to the heat this was quite unfortunate so we tried to get some rest after breakfast but between all the works and the noise of the cleaners it was just impossible. Maybe one of these things alone we could dismiss but unfortunately they all combined for a not so great stay, I think another time of year it could have been pleasant hence 3*

Comfortable with good parking and access to tram systems. Super friendly staff, nice breakfast as well.

This hotel is good choice to stay if you are there for a business trip. But not so convenient, if you are on holiday as check-out is extremely early at 10 a.m.! Good that they have free parking available in case you travel by a car. Recommend to eat at hotel restaurant, some dishes are really good, despite some Czech traditional are over-salted. Breakfast choices are quite limited, but is OK for a quick bite.

Velmi staré a místy poškozené vybavení koupelny

The hotel in general is tired and could do with a little refurbishment. Having said this it was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. From a price point of view I felt it was a just about right, its a no frills stop over that is just a tram ride from the old town, the number 5 and 6 trams stop almost outside the hotel and they run very frequently. Parking is relatively secure although there is no barrier the car park cannot be seen from the road. If you are visiting Brno for a couple of days this hotel will do, I would stay again.

Pleasant, near tram to centre, decent food.

Ottima struttura a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Staff cordiale e molto disponibile. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato. Camera di dimensioni standard, pulita. Struttura da consigliare.

Very basic but comfortable and all needs are met. The downstairs restaurant is a Pizza Coloseum for lunch and dinner and is a pretty reputable franchise. Breakfast was good but the buffet area was cramped. Location is fantastic as it’s a single tram journey from the Central train station (Hlavní Nadraži) or bus station. Perfect for a single night’s stay!

Double room was pretty small, OK for a night or two but to spend more time it will be bit to small. Nice restaurant, good service, convinient location.
