After a long travel, we arrived in Prague again and stayed in Mandarin oriental for 2 nights. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room from Deluxe to Junior suite. The room condition was very good-clean and the comfortable bed made us feel like home. The bathroom was okay, but the water power was not strong enough to take a shower. They had only one restaurant and serve good food-we enjoyed. the location was just perfect. a few minutes from Carles Bridge and we could reach Prague Castle by walking. All convenient facilities I needed were just around the hotel. My mother and I were pretty satisfied with the hotel. However, the hotel is big and we didn't get any information of the hotel facilities from the staff-it could have spared time to make our stay better...

The Restaurant let us down by delaying our order and keeping us waiting for 40 minutes due to a technical delay in the kitchen. The staff did go into service recovery mode, which was great to see, however it did spoil the whole occasion as I was celebrating my birthday dinner. Also, when arranging an early morning airport transfer, we were promised a food box to take with us at 4 am. Upon checkout, the food box never arrived! Not a major issue, but if you say something, then honour it.

Seldom does one rave, a modern-day verb, in such glowing terms about any hotel, more's the pity, but the MOP really is wonderful. The hotel is, perhaps, not quite up to the normal glitzy MO standard but that matters not and, in my opinion, it's an advantage. I love the idea of a former monastery being the location of any hotel and the MOP, formerly known by its acronym, Monastery Of the Passion, is so charming and so understated. Das Mandarin Oriental ist für mich das beste Hotel in Prag. Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig. Der Service ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind optimal geschnitten. Der Spa und der Fitnesscenter sind herausragend! Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen!

Personalet var meget venlig og imødekommende, men morgenmaden kunne være bedre i for til en femstjernet hotel og det samme kunne nævnes om Interiøret på hotellet, da det var gammelt og lidt nedslidt.

A really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room immaculate and opened up onto a small terrace overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Food in both restaurants was excellent. Well equipped large gym. Highly recommend staying at Mandarin Oriental.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location with easy access to the historic center and to many dining and shopping options. Our room was large and comfortable. Service was friendly and helpful. Our only quibble was the breakfast buffet which was not up to the quality of the hotel or the price of the meal.

What a warm welcome we got from the staff. Everyone was so kind! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the location for us. It’s a little out of the way from all the things we wanted to see. But will be returning!
