The rooms in the old part where the reception is located, in an old post-communist style, were very clean but lacked a shower. The reception staff was very helpful. A room change was arranged without any problems. The room in the new section was clean and had a shower. The hotel was spotless. The location wasn't ideal for families. The pool was an additional fee and far from the buildings. The pool looked more like a city hotel, not just for hotel guests. We missed breakfast with the family the first day, but on the second day, we were met with an unpleasant experience. We chose the hotel primarily because of the dog. The description stated that the hotel was PET-FRIENDLY. Unfortunately, at breakfast, we discovered that we couldn't enter the restaurant with our well-behaved small dog, or even take food outside. The attitude of the restaurant staff was outrageous. They didn't try to find a solution and it was obvious they didn't care. However, the front desk responded with surprise when we complained, as guests with dogs were usually allowed to eat on the terrace. At the front desk, they received an explanation from the restaurant that there were still some managers at breakfast. This is outrageous. I paid an additional fee for the dog and also for breakfast, so I'm disappointed that the hotel didn't allow me to enjoy my meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Instead, we went with the family to eat at another place.

Very good value for money. Wide variety for breakfast, free parking. Gym is not big and not to well equipped but some fitness is no problem to do. Sauna and swimming pool is extra paid. Not very close to the city center but with public transportation is very easy to reach there.

Frühstück war mit ausreichend Vielfalt vorhanden. Das Persobal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Zimmer sauber und gepflegt.

La alfombra de la habitación requiere un cambio, pero la cama u lo demas lucen muy limpios, el area de spa es toda un experiencia, recomiendo experimentar el ritual en el area de sauna es algo unico, con musica y luces y amenizado de manera excepcional

客室は清潔で眺めがよく、スタッフは親切で、朝食はメニューのバリエーションが多くおいしかったです。

Staff was the greatest thing, especially Martina at the reception. But everyone was very kind and attentive. Good staff is the most important thing. The second best thing was the food; breakfast and dinner were both top notch. Last but not least the room was clean and comfortable. All in all, great place to stay while in Prague.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel wellness hotel step, accueil chaleureux, chambres spacieuses, Buffet du petit déjeuner est gigantesque. Le spa est magnifique. Seul bémol la situation géographiques coincée entre les voies de chemin de fer et une voie rapide. La desserte en transport en commun est bonne vers le centre ville.

Siisti huone. Pieni remontti ei häirinnyt oleskelua. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisistä. Yksi parhaista aamiaisista. Kylpylä ja saunamaailma todella hyvä lisä.

Great hotel with an excellent Chinese restaurant.

Room was good Staff was just there The hotel is conjucted with wellness (sauna pool) But I could not use it unless I pay. So the hotel is advertise it but it’s not clear when you buy stay at the hotel Was not clear you have to buy wellness It should be in comfirmation from Expedia too.

Frühstück ist top! Zimmer aber leider sehr hellhörig.

Esperienza bellissima hotel super camere molto belle accoglienti piscina e SPA meritano veramente. Struttura al Top ben collegata con 10 minuti con Bolt stavamo dal centro. L’unica pecca è il ristorante abbiamo pagato tantissimo per quello che abbiamo mangiato La colazione italiana ci stavano pochissime cose come d’altronde altra pecca è che nessuno parla e capisce l’italiano in struttura. L’italiano per loro è un po’ un turista di bassa fascia e non dovrebbe essere così 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
