The pictures are a misrepresntation of the hotel. It is far more dated, and frankly scary than the luxurious hotel it seems to be.

Nice hotel, not everything was working yet. Great location. Good breakfast.

Personnel très sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue

The 307 room is an ugly room . We booked a double size bed well it was 2 beds putted next to each other not comfortable at all . The toilet smelled throughout the room . As for food it’s nasty .. I ordered chicken with polenta and bell pepper .. polenta was cold and dry and hard.. chicken bloody and smelly.. but very generous with bell pepper 😏 . No going back again whatsoever

Booked this hotel as it was listed as close to Castle Bran. It is not. It’s a good 40 minutes away but that isn’t their fault. The hotel is charming, clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast was amazing. All for an outageously good price. The only down side is that the hotel is on a busy road and the road side rooms are quite noisy.

While the beds were comfortable to sleep in and the linens clean, the bath/shower area needed more attention. Torn towels, and what appeared to be mold at the base of what Couldh ave Been a great shower to stand and/ or relax in. The heat in the bathroom only came on sporadically, leaving towels damp. The front desk was efficient and welcoming at first.

Staff at reception were very helpful and nice

We have booked an apartment with mountain view. When arrived our apartment was on the ground floor, no mountain view at all, one window was facing the bar terrace just behind our window and the other window was in the backyard with a weird fence and an old block of flats. The wallpapers in the rooms were pilling off, shower black mould, had to ask toilet paper from the reception as their cleaner didn't bother to supply some. I don't know how they are cleaning the rooms, but we purposely left a piece of plastic package behind the door and was never picked up, the table in the room also was not wiped off. Extremely disappointed and don't recommend to anyone going there.

Otroligt bra värde-för-pengarna. Lång kö till check-in (dålig timing av oss) men ett väldigt trevligt bemötande. Varmt i rummet men det fanns en mobil AC som dock fungerade sådär - gav bra kyla men värmen från motorn innebar att 2h efter att vi satt på den var det snarare varmare än kallare. Hann tyvärr inte njuta av jaccuzin. Bekväm säng och helt OK badrum.

Friendly staff great parking

Lovely hotel, quiet. We enjoy our stay, however the only negative point was the jacuzzi. The water was cloudy and the bath had black dirt above the water. Good sauna. Very good food at breakfast..

la camera era pulita e accogliente. abbiamo solo avuto un problema con la doccia, perdeva acqua dai lati e di conseguenza si "allagava" il bagno
