Frukosten var oätbart - ost och skinka som har stått ut utan kyla i timmar, till ex., bröd som var torr och smakade konstigt, äggröra som gick inte att äta.

Se booked 5 Rooms for 12 persons and they gave us wrong rooms. I sent them a message that is everything right and they agreed. They gave us rooms for 10 persons and they told us they will give us an extra bed but then it was just a small sofa that was turned into a bed. After we told them if they could change the rooms for us they denied. They also told us if we want to we can leave or else they will call security on us. In the reception there was two workers both were Arab and they were really rude. We wanted to explain it to them them that the rooms they gave us were wrong. Their service was like they wanted to fight and not for hotels I don’t recommend going to this hotel as a foreigner. The owner of the hotel also yelled at us that he owns the hotel and that he could kick us out and call security on us.

Clean room. Exceptional Personell. Parking free area and safe. Spacious appartments , windows that can be open & nice temperature within rooms.View & pool , nice points for 9☆

Just ok-not particularly friendly—breakfast not included. Not really close to airport.

My mom stayed in this hotel and she said that the staff was very polite. She doesn’t speak any English or Romanian and she said that everybody was very friendly and respectful.

We chose this hotel because it's close to the airport. There is no free shuttle and the Bolts were difficult to get early in the morning. The staff wasn't very helpful either.

We checked in late, and the restaurant was not open. We had to leave early in the morning to the airport, before the breakfast was open, and the staff was very nice and prepared a breakfast for us to go. Very sweet.

I recently spent two nights at Hotel Phoenicia Express and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated how quiet and restful it was, allowing me to relax after a long day of travel. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the convenient location, with easy access to the airport and the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would gladly return and recommend Hotel Phoenicia Express to anyone looking for a good, reliable hotel in Bucharest. Thank you for the hospitality!

Es ist sehr wichtig, dem Taxifahrer genau zu sagen oder zeigen, wo er hin muss. Das Hotel ist noch nicht bekannt und sehr versteckt. Wer in der Dusche Wasserdruck haben möchte, sollte sich mit dem Hausmeister gut stellen.
