Clean, spacious unit, great choices for breakfast great staff. The hotel is on the Danube's shore, which is great for walks along the river and for checking the many restaurant options there.

Great location with beautiful view over the Danube, rich and varied breakfast. One only thing: the pillows were too hard; we could have asked for replacements but for two nights we thought it’s not worth.

The hotel is probably the best option in the city of otherwise poor options. Everything works well, without standing out. What does stand out is the view from the upper floors over the Danube. All in all a good option for anyone on business. Breakfast is just sufficient (hot, cold options and some drinks).

Club music was going non stop until 4am!! Could not sleep was so loud!

Easy check-in and check-out, the hotel offers free onsite parking and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Hotel is central, offers great views of the Danube river and allows you to walk to restaurants, bars and pubs of the city center.

Very nice stay at Vega Hotel. The suite vas very clean and the breakfast was so good. The view over the Danube river is very beautiful. Definitely I will come back there.

This hotel doesn't have any king bed !they only have queen size and sell it as king bed ! The dimensions are 1.60X200 cm ! When hotel called they refused to tell the size and keep saying is the biggest they have ! The AC doesn t work properly. No matter how u set it up the temperature doesn't change ! Is only 26 Celsius! Because of short stay and the hot temperatures couldn't move but definitely not recommended the property! Always check the minibar when u check in and take pictures ! They had sealed bottles and inside was something else the vodka was sealed and after they were trying to say is a different brand ! When checked out everything was set and counted ! House keeping checked after 30 min they tried to bring other bottles stating is different brand and whiskey was sealed ! The housekeeper manage to open it without breaking the seal and said that people who come to their property do that !!! First of all minibar should be sealed and trying to milk people out of money is wrong plus lying that i will get a king bed is unacceptable! After eating at restaurant had stomach buy and feeling sick for days ! Not sure if they do the same with food and don't know the regulations but don t think is safe to eat and stay tbere ! Never again ! Never had any issues in my life with a hotel that is messing with minibar !

Good location next to the Danube River. Friendly reception

The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were very friendly. We liked the location with the view of the Danube River. The beds are too firm for a good night sleep. The dinner meal at the restaurant was over cooked and the waitress brought me the wrong entree. The breakfast was not to our liking either. The hot items were cold and the fruit looked over ripe. On our next stay in Galati we are considering using a different hotel.
