Upon check in we were shown a basement room which was not what we booked (terrible )we booked cleopatra villas the Harbour and we got this ,there was hardly any service and we had a construction sight outside our door at 8 veery day (not happy) the noise from the ajoining room was bad ,over all not a good stay ..what wean wrong with the booking ????

We actually stayed in The Harbour as work was being done at Cleopatra Villas. Our stay was fantastic, apartment was very clean light and bright, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed it and would stay again

Great location and close to amenities. Owner and staff are excellent and accommodating. The room I received however, did leave a little to be desired and needed upgrading.

My stay was incredible. The location is perfect the room was excellent and the service was wonderful.

A really beautiful and spacious place! The manager is extremely friendly and even checked on us in the morning after knowing that we had gone out partying for the night! I highly recommend this property!

Checking in to the 2-storey self catering apartment was easy. The airport taxi was arrnaged through the accommodation and the manager provided key fobs for the electronic gates and explained all the facilities within the property. We were able to arrange tours and water taxis through the management easily. The apartment was cleaned twice a week but perhaps the days needed to be longer apart to change sheets, towels etc. The place was very clean with its own small garden, barbecue, washing line. There was a small laundry, which we made good use of to wash clothing. The place is bright and spacious and housed 4 of us comfortably. Despite being in the heart of the Rodney Bay strip the Harbour compound was quiet and secure with very little noise, a definite plus. All the comfort of home!

Great place to stay for families, spacy appartment, well equiped, nice terrace with bay view. Close to shopping mall and near enough the beaches ( 10 min walk) Clean home and very helpfull cleaning lady.

Gated, clean, spacious, great view. Managers are working out some bugs. A/c in one room needed fixing, safe malfunctioned. Nothing crazy and they were always there to help when called upon. Not far from beach, shopping and the famous Antillia Brewery which we made our second home.

This accommodation is spacious, clean with beautiful reviews of the Rodney Bay Marina. Having been to St Kycia staying with friends and in hotels this is the best accommodation I have had. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were within walking distance of two shopping centres and supermarkets so did our own cooking most of the time. If we owned a yacht then it would have been perfect! We just missed the beach party so good to check in advance what events are on. Low season is in July and August so beaches are near and fairly quiet. Highly recommended.

The staff were poilet always. The maintenance of the villa was excellent. customer service 100%. The hotel is walking distance from the beach. I felt safe staying there with my family. I recommend staying there for your holiday. I will be returning there next year.

Unit 14A is just as I titled it. Its location on the ground floor made it so you had to keep all windows closed for safety reasons, not to mention the mosquitos. The lack of privacy was unbelievable, the cleaning woman (Jennifer) would enter our room at any time that she needed to and that was just the times we caught her, another instance was after she finished cleaning she left out the front door, only to come in through an open bedroom window because she forgot something, but in that time I was standing in the bedroom half clothed. Lastly, the renter does not seem to understand that when he hands the keys over to a paying customer, that is our home for the 2 weeks!! Do not leave anything out of any value, you never know when someone will be entering.

We absolutley loved our stay @ The Harbour and will most definitley return, from the check in to the check out it was awesome! The suite itself was well appointed and had everything we needed. The location is 2nd to none with restaurants, bars, shopping all within a 2 minute walk, the beach is a 7 minutes walk away!! I can't say enough about The Harbour, we will not stay anywhere else when we return to St Lucia. I gave it a 4 rating on comfort and condition because of the lower level A/C not working very well but aside from that it was fantastic!

I had a great time in St. Lucia. The property manager and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great..just a 10 minute walk to the beach..steps from restaurants, shopping and grocery. My only issue is if you decide to stay at The Harbour do NOT stay in unit #10.. The property is DATED and not kept in good condition at all. There were 19 light bulbs out, the unit had a musty stench, there were rusty and broken patio furniture, rusty and mismatched metal/plastic hangers, not enough bath towels, no pool towels, dated and mismatched furniture, no accessibility to AC unit on the 1st level, NO INTERNET/CABLE, Beds were missing proper comforters, rusty toaster, FOR RENT sign on the window. The property was not warm or well lit. In fact it was baron, it felt like the owners just moved out and put all their second hand furniture in this unit. I will say that once my concerns were addressed to the property manager he tried his best to fix as much as possible within the first three days but was limited to the owners control & discretion. However, this unit was simply not rental ready and should not have been rented. I would recommend The Harbour just don't stay in unit #10...in fact my girlfriend stayed in unit #16 and it was simply FABULOUS!! They had a different management company however which was Tropical Villas.

The apartment was close to the mall and shops, but was a bit of a walk to the beach. Water taxi to pigon island was nice but he forgot to pick us up! No worries, there's other taxis. Apartment was clean but only one small tv. I would stay there again without question. I like the location, nice and quiet.

Apartamento amplio con excelente vista a la marina con muelle propio, todo perfecto ubicación , limpieza , nos sentimos como en casa.

Excellent place to stay, right down town close to shoping and beaches. Also has 24 hour security and a pool. I will try to book this place again next time I visit. My sister and I had a wonderful time on vacation.
