The staff were all so courteous and friendly. Made us feel like home. The resort was very clean and the breeze from the ocean so refreshing. So many activities each day and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We came for a family vacation with a 3,4, 5 and 13 year old and our adult children and everyone had a great time. The staff gets a A+, rooms were well furnished and the pool ard entertainment was fun for all

While the place and grounds were absolutely gorgeous, my favorite part were the people!! They were amazingly, sincerely friendly!! I am recommending this place to everyone!

The resort was in a great location and had everything you may need for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed everything about it, the food, our room, the pools, but what made it even better than most resorts were the people working there. Great friendly staff that always had a smile!

Overall, we had a great time at Coconut Bay. We liked the fact that there were constant activities and entertainment all day. The only thing we would recommend improving on was having more options for food/drink late at night.

The resort, staff, dining, pools, are all great! The only drawback was the seaweed which the resort did their best to mitigate.

The pickup at the airport was okay, but overwhelming with the crowds everywhere and no real spot to wait out of the way (this is true for all the resorts with free shuttles). The room was okay, but definitely not the quality you'd expect for the price and could use updating. The pull out, couch bed was more comfortable than expected but disgusting looking and they didn't leave us blankets for it. We only ate at Flip Flops and the buffet. They were both okay, not great, but better than some other all inclusive hotes we've stayed at and they provide a lot of cooked to order options. The pools were fun with our teen kids and there were a lot of activities to do with them. The staff does a really good job keeping everything clean. The beach is pretty small and covered in seaweed (not their fault). They do offer to shuttle you to a beach nearby, but something to be aware of. If you need to take the shuttle back to the airport for a rental car, be sure to tell them at least the day before or else you won't be able to get on the shuttle until later in the day or it'll be a $10 taxi ride. All in all, our stay was okay, but I'm glad we only planned for 2 nights there.

Coconut Bay took great care of us. They were waiting for us at the airport without scheduling a pick up! Service was top notch and the food was amazing! I have been to a few all inclusive resorts and this one easily takes the crown. One side note.. as an adult the water slides were so much fun!

This was a fantastic, luxurious resort. We booked through Expedia and received VIP Package (which I thought was hype) but was absolutely worth it. We've travelled the world over and spent 5 nights at Coconut Bay at the end of May and will return (possibly with the kids next time) Resort is very large, has an amazing selection of restaurants, activities and a wide variety of options. Easy to spend your entire time within the resort. The petting zoo was very unique as was the availability of Paintball course. The water sports desk had a wide variety of options (kayaks, SUP paddleboard and kite boarding which is not free). Proximity to the airport was great. I can confirm there is very little airport noise as the Country has done a great job of ensuring the arrivals/departures window is condensed. The property does a good job of removing Seaweed You get concierge service, discounts for spa, aluminum water bottle, tote bag and other cool perks. The staff was AMAZING super smart and tending to our needs. Dahlia - Maestro of our stay Zara - Handled logistics Jerlissa - amazing spa Lawson - Jabari - We rented the cabana's (which are really beachside bungalows) and he was terrific Esther - Handled our room and left inspirational messages We took a tour with Catamaran that took us to the pitons, snorkel and then had lunch and visited a waterfall and the sulphur hot springs. Nerv ran the tour via the hotel an our guide, Kenson was fantastic and attentive to the group.

Bottom Line up Front: Close to the Airport, Great Value, Amazing Food, Great Drinks, Service, and Atmosphere, Clean, Several Nice Pools, Good Guest Interaction, Never Felt Crowded, Overall Fun Place, Great People, BUT Very Windy, Beaches could have been better, and the Internet was awful

The free airport shuttle was ready and waiting—we already knew our room number before we even left the airport! That kind of smooth, thoughtful service set the tone for the entire trip. 🙌 The resort felt like an intimate family getaway, even with so many guests. The staff? So warm and welcoming. And honestly, even the guests were friendly—it felt like a little community of vacation bliss. Whether you’re planning a girls’ birthday retreat (like we did!) or a full family vacation, this place checks all the boxes. ✅Live entertainment every single night kept the vibes high and the energy flowing. 🎶 My room was spacious and comfortable, with a view that made every morning feel like a dream. 😍 The resort is packed with fun—from the lazy river to the adorable petting farm, there’s something for everyone. And don’t get me started on the beach—soft sand, clear water, and plenty of space to unwind. 🏖️ The food was pretty good across most restaurants, though not every dish wowed me. BUT the Jerk Hut? 🔥🔥🔥 My absolute favorite! I kept going back for those bold flavors and island spices. All in all, Coconut Bay is a gem. Cozy yet vibrant, family-friendly yet perfect for a relaxing grown-up escape. Would absolutely go back—and next time, I’m bringing more people with me!

We had a great time at this resort. The food was amazing. The pools were great. The adult drinks were very good. The beaches have a bad seaweed problem but they do everything in their power to keep the beach open. Upon checking in I made a comment the rooms could use a bit updating. I immediately got a call offering us one of their already updated rooms. We declined but it was nice to get the offer. I would recommend coconut bay Resort to anyone.
