Good overall

There for 10 nights. 1st night, air con not working. Walked up to reception and was told someone would go up to fix. Nothing done. Go back to reception and then moved to a new cabin..same problem. Moved AGAIN to new cabin. Air con worked fine here however had to move back to original cabin once air con unit had been totally replaced. No hot water in cabin. Housekeeping done every 4 days. Walked up to reception several times to ask for toilet paper, new towels & rubbish bags for bins. No phones in cabins to contact reception or to order room service however if you order at restaurant/bar and ask them to bring to your cabin, you’ll be charged for “room service”. There is free/complimentary tropical breakfast for guests who stay longer than 3 nights, as advised by reception. Every 2nd day, I would be told I had to pay for my breakfast and would have to go to reception again to sort it out. Obvious that “rules” changed on whomever was working that day. Some mornings coffee would be part of breakfast and other days, you would be charged for the coffee. No consistency amongst staff. It was disappointing to see caucasians vs samoan paying guests were treated with far more preference and favouritism. Wifi only works at reception and restaurant/pool area. Staff need to be aware that they have Samoan guests who can understand the language. It was embarrassing that staff would be discussing personal issues and talking about other staff members in the open

Run down, a bit grubby, Wi-Fi just in reception and bar, no children’s menu, breakfast not included. Overall more expensive than much nicer and cleaner resorts elsewhere. Disappointed

Clean and tidy, large spacious family room. Good location for us. Great AC. Nice pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

Honestly place was a dream, for me and my family we enjoyed it so much, my wife wasn't too fond of it first time there but as the days went on she fell in love with it and we are definitely coming back here next time for sure, the food was great the options were amazing the drinks were good the vibes all in all amazing beautiful scenery and the activities available was just out of this world, loved the fact there's no TVs because we were trying to pry our kids away from it and man this place was perfect thank you so much. Also the Service from workers fucken AWESOME excuse the language. Best place to come for a relaxing wind down holiday.

Spotless clean room. Spacious with everything immaculate. Location of fale was💯👌 The lovely young lady that checked us in was super attentive and made checkin a breeze. Will definitely recommend and certainly return. Faafetao lava for great service and a beautiful resort.

Staff were lovely .

Spotless room, love the extra touch of filtered water, shower had great hot water with good pressure. Comfortable bedwith beautiful view of the lagoon and ocean, nice little kitchenette area. super staff

Bar stocked | AC cool | only downfall was there was no internet connection at our villa and was only available at the lobby.

We loved the room. Nice and clean,felt so good to shower with warm water after 6 months of staying in Samoa. We came for one night and ended up staying for two. Wish we could stay more but we had to be in town tonight. Staff was great. Greeted us by our names everytime. Strawberry milkshake was on point. Food was delicious

Room was nice and spacious. AC plus ceiling fans worked great together. Nice and clean pool. Kayaks and paddle boards available. Other water activities with extra charge. Grounds were kept up. Staff super friendly but respectfully kept their distance. Enjoyed a nice dinner. Description is partially helpful. I like to order food based on pictures to give an idea of expectation. We were charged 2 tala each for our glasses of water. Water should be free considering the costs of each meal. WiFi should also be free and could potentially attract more patrons. Thank you Le Vasa staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Air con in the room plus fan. Restaurant food didn't represent local food much. Nice staff. Nice pool. Local takeaways a 5min walk down the road serving simple meal

Lovely stay at Le Vasa. The staff were extremely helpful, there were a number of activities (kayaking, basket weaving) that were included. Room very comfortable.

I don’t think our sheets were clean had hair and grit in them . Not enough butter or jam for toast

We had a hut not the bungalow. It rained a lot and you could not sit in the veranda as you get drenched. Also had to walk the few meters to shower and toilet in the rain. Suggest to extend the roof a little and the problem would be solved.

Myself and my son loved our stay here! Pool was the cleanest and best pool I’ve ever seen in samoa, have been coming for over 10 years every years. They have the coolest robes, good air con and friendly staff. They accommodate your every need! Highly recommend. Also very close to ferry and airport.

Nice property and nice price

Le Vasa was quiet, private and more traditional than other properties and the staff were lovely. The food was ok and some of the services advertised including the FiaFia night were not available. Overall though we would recommend and definitely stay again.

Our family of 4 (2 teenage sons) stayed in the Deluxe over water ocean front fale. It was a clean and spacious room with a beautiful outlook over the water. The beds were very comfortable. There was an aircon unit and 2 ceiling fans which provided ample cool air in the evenings. We ate at the restaurant and the food and drinks were great value for money. The bbq and fire show night on Friday was great. Staff were lovely. The pool was refreshing. Even though it seens to be in the middle of nowhere ( about 45 mins from Apia) it has everything you need.
