A few things wrong in the room, no TV remote, the shower mixer fell off, but staff responded quickly.

The beach and clear water was excellent. All the staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive. The room layout was great and very spacious. The dinning experience was very limited. Two restaurants to choose from and the menus were very similar. We would have liked more variety of food.

This was our second stay at return to paradise and we were sadly disappointed. My initial issue was our garden villa, it was very large and more space than we needed but for the first two nights the shower/bathroom stunk like septic. The second time we complained we were moved to another room and given a WST$250 resort credit for the inconvenience which we were happy with. However the beds were so hard, it was only by night 3 or 4 (of our four night stay) that we were able to sleep, one night my husband slept on the couch, apparently they were new beds but the firmest beds we’ve ever slept on. The service was a little slow at the rock pool bar, orders missed or taking 45 minutes to arrive…but on my last day when I ordered chicken curry I was shocked to discover a chicken fillet in my curry that was completely raw (not cooked at all) and this left me feeling angry, as I have a very sensitive stomach, had just recovered from 3 days of upset tummy, and having had both selmonella and giardia in the past, I thought this was completely unacceptable from a food safety perspective. My chicken curry had arrived last after my family had all finished eating, and there was the odd completely raw fillet (I ate two mouthfuls which I think were cooked), I’ve never come across this in my entire life. In the end we were not charged for lunch, but I felt my complaints/concerns of food safety were not heard by the staff members. Unfortunately we probably won’t be back for a third visit.

What an amazing stay we had here. The service from the staff was excellent. Each and everyone of the staff were so welcoming. Food was delicious and we will definitely be staying here again. My family really loved their time here.

Loved the beautiful beach and a great breakfast. Room was big and deck looked over the pool and sea. Very nice stay.

The beach is beautiful and the staff are friendly enough. However, the service and amenities are a work-on. Meals took a long time to come out once ordered. We did raise this at the time and received complimentary cocktails as a result but unfortunately it was not a one-off experience. The quality of the food was good. We did not have internet or tv in our room and raised this with staff but never received an update or resolution.

The views are fantastic, food delicious, staff friendly and options for where to swim. So we did them all!

Only stayed 1 night but room was shabby, tired, just one chair to sit on. Food service incredibly slow, waited 2 hours for dinner from ordering then some items were wrong. The whole place looks tired.

The staff are AMAZING! The location is remote and beautiful. The SPA is a must do when you come. Multiple activity options. We did the 3 bedroom villa and it exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.

It feels like we paid 4 star rates for a 3 star resort. Location and people were amazing.! Accomodation options when booking through expedia were not clear. Buffet dinner was disappointing.

i just stayed for one day and it was just amazing place for the vaccation everything was beautiful. I would love to visit next time.

Beautiful location, garden rooms very basic, linen old, but clean, Upon arrival no inormation give re resort, activities, things to do etc. Liggting needed around pools for evening time/safety issues. Lunch restaurant both days waiting over an hour for food order.

One of the best beaches we saw with a natural lagoon and great snorkelling. The sea was fairly tumultuous at times. Rooms are large and well equipped. Overall the resort needs a bit of TLC and some new beach chairs! Staff were fabulous and the cultural shows great fun.

The best place to stay in Samoa, staff are friendly and make you feel so welcome. Great food. Swimming with the fish on the beach was an amazing experience. The grounds are fantastic and well kept. We will definitely be back.

Luxury

Great beachfront villa, wonderful Ocean views. Options of day tours and local exploration even into local village. Would definitely come again.

The resort itself is in a beautiful spot and the rooms are fantastic , even our garden room had a wonderful view of the ocean , however some of the staff were outright nasty which surprised me as all the other resorts we stayed at the staff were so friendly. We had booked the buffet breakfast with our 5 night stay but at check in the receptionist rudely told us that they would not honour that as we had booked through a 3rd party ( Expedia ) we were very disappointed as we had budgeted that in our costs , we even approached the guests services manager Mikeal but he was not interested in helping us at all , then we went to the bar on Mother’s Day at Happy Hour and when we questioned why we were not getting happy hour prices the barmaid actually screamed at us that happy hour was over but it was not it was a special later happy hour for Mother’s Day , we had to pay full prices for our drinks but was refunded the next day from the manager however it was just so unprofessional and unfriendly of the waitress to call us out like that in front of all the other guests. Then last but not least the food was very very ordinary , we ended up getting a cab to a nearby convenience store and bought snacks/ food to eat in our room .There were still lots of lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly so all in all we still enjoyed our time there .
