You don’t need to waste your money by staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff are terrible. They are inattentive, and nothing you ask for is delivered on time. You have to constantly chase the staff just to get things done. It was a bad experience and I do not recommend it.

Staff, amenities, location and basically everything

VERY EXPENSIVE!! This Hotel is very expensive, in my personal opinion, it is a regular 5 stars hotel, nothing special and the price are very high. I heard that there’s another hotel by the area with the same quality for the half of price.

1 1/2 waiting for the village. I think for an Hotel with this prestige is a lot of time.

Amazing setting, gorgeous rooms, friendly staff. So relaxing

Banyan tree is an exceptional resort. Check-in was absolutely seamless. Staff are definitely courteous and attentive. Many of the rooms have their own private pool and we were upgraded to a double suite which was certainly appreciated. Our room was luxurious and incredibly spacious. We used our private pool every day and it was a wonderful option to have. Unfortunately, the hotel did not advertise that their main pool was closed due to falling rocks from above. The pool will remain closed to guests until a permanent solution is found. That could take months. The hotel should warn its guests in advance that the main pool is closed since it is a main draw/attraction for this hotel. The breakfast options were good though we felt the dinner options a bit limited. Although spa treatments were relaxing, the spa facilities are also limited with no relaxation area, sauna or steam room option. Would strongly recommend the hotel consider adding these options in the future. Overall, the resort was beautiful, the staff were excellent and we had it incredibly enjoyable time. Would strongly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

施設、ロケーションは最高。 マイナス点は空港から45分くらいホテルに送迎の依頼は出来るものの、片道日本円で約20,000円掛かること。ホテル以外に飲食店などが一切無いこと。

Súper excelente el hotel precioso y el personal super amable y muy bien capacitado para atender al turista, también gracias a Andrea que fue súper amable y atenta recomiendo mucho el hotel, es el mejor de Al ula , mucho mejor que our habitas, nosotros quedamos encantados con el hotel y la atención

Amazing place to be chilling

Lieu incroyable. Villa joliment decoree mais nombreux taches non identifiables sol/ tapis et coussins. Equipement se decroche du mur a plusieurs endroits ca ne fait pas net pour un 5 etoiles. La nourriture autant au petit dej qu au room service est globalement decevante. Je n ai pas apprecié devoir appeler a chacune de mes sorties. Mettez en place des trotinettes electriques ou des voiturettes individuelles. Personnel aimable mais ne maitrisent pas assez l anglais pour certains. Globalement decue. Quand on passe aux six senses red sea, on comprend rapidement la difference de standing de service et d experience. Globalement extremement cher pour ce que cest. Il n y a que le lieu et la vue de la chambre qui vaille le coup et cest deja bien. Si vous avez les moyens allez y sinon ne gaspillez pas votre argent et prenez un hotel moins cher qui sera meilleur rapport qualite prix. Aussi tres important: imperativement reserver AVANT , LONGTEMPS AVANT si vous souhaitez visiter Hegra. Les voyageurs ne sont pas assez informés que sils decident le le faire sur place le jour meme ils risquent de ne pas pouvoir visiter car complet. Et quand cest complet cest complet personne ne pourra rien pour vous vous ne verrez pas Hegra! Je regrette que l hotel ne m ait pas informé de ce phenomene unique a al ula. Reservez 1 mois avant sinon vous ne verrez pas hegra.

O hotel é fantástico, recepção perfeita, atendimento perfeito, o quarto estava impecavel, as dependências do hotel são muito bem cuidadas e planejadas. Super recomendo a experiência.
