The main strengths are the location on the Corniche promenade by the seafront and the good quality of the restaurant buffet. However, the some of the services is not up to standard (multiple follow-up calls were necessary), the equipment shows signs of wear and tear (malfunctioning power outlets, a loose door handle, a window dirty on the outside), and the centralized electric control system, which was meant to be modern, is impractical and shows signs of aging.

There are two towers - the corniche tower will have better sea views than the city tower. If have arthritis in your hands, the shower fixture is very difficult to turn. Otherwise, my stay was excellent - loved the location.

The sea view is amazing.

The venue is my go to hotel for a relaxing stay with view of the sea. location is great, staff is very friendly. rooms are usually also very nice and the ac is working well. this year i was a bit unlucky since my room had only one electrical outlet and the interior design of the room was a bit strange…. I mean if i have a sea view room, why is the couch in a dark corner with no window? I had to move furniture around to make it work. But everything else was great. i would definitely come back!

The people at the reception were very helpful; Nawaf gave us an upgrade with an extra amount of money On the other hand, Windows are dirty so you can’t see the view clearly The furniture and carpets were old and smelly - The bathtub was cracked and wasn’t clean, - The sink was clogged with cigarettes and hair remains although we were in a non smoking floor - They coffee area was not stacked, I had to ask them, they said the capsules are out of stock and they don’t have coffee mate - They didn’t give us one extra blanket until the last night - The rooms aren’t soundproof at ALL, we could hear everything that was in the room next to us as if we’re in the same room, and even in the middle of the night we woke up from the sounds of the cars in the street and from the sounds in the room next door

Good hotel, just a few little things that hindered my stay, namely the noise from.above the ceiling in my room! Also, the room didn't have an in-room dining menu. When I called reception to ask for one, nobody answered. On the plus side, the gym and wellness centre are excellent!

So bad staff at room service

The hotel management is very bad. We asked to coordinate a bride’s room. We did not find any interest, but the room was not ready. Entry 3. The bride waited for two hours in the lobby until they offered an apology or any courtesy service. الادارة والاستقبال وتنظيم الحجز سئ جدا

Very disappointed in this hotel, my main issue was them having a gym that closes at 9pm , just simply ridiculous!! Most people train at night !! Lounge was dirty Location not ideal

To be honest there was a construction that day and they chose to do it in the evening!? I was not aware there are two towers, and I reserved the city one which is the one that has a bad sea view.
