Overall, a great stay and perfect for families. Located within a 5-minute walk from King Fahd gate. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff provided a great service. The service at breakfast was fantastic - the chef who made pancakes and omelettes was engaging and friendly. The cleaners, Aashiq and Ismail, were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. I agree with other guests that the rooms were a little tight, but they had all the amenities and were very clean.

Excellent hospitality, Very pleasant and persevering team members in every sphere. Every staff was exceptional. From welcome Front Office to Food & Beverages. House Keeping only set up an example of great show of cleanliness. But also displayed a high level of honesty. Inadvertently, I had left $300 and SAR 500 in the room. On return I found it exactly untouched. Houseboy Tapan we called and left a gift for him. Congratulations Hotel Tilal Jabal Alkabah you are the best. We will come back 💐

The reception staff kept me waiting for long despite getting confirmation email from platform. I realised thst he did nt have the delux room and kept me waiting for 30 plus minute and at the end gave me upgrade.

The staff were really nice and our room was clean. Good location as well. Only thing is we didn’t get room service throughout our stay and had to call for toilet tissue and bin change, however they sent someone within 5 minutes. Overall, we were happy!

It started with the check in when the front desk staff did not accommodate our request to have our family on one floor even though we were all on the same booking. We asked multiple times and they didn’t care. Secondly the rooms and bathrooms were very very small and not as clean as expected from a 5 star hotel. Furthermore, the WiFi was very poor. Barely worked when neeeed. Lastly, even though the haram was 7 min walk. It’s important to let the guest know that there is a steep decline and incline while walking to it. Made it very difficult to walk there. Not ideal as this is marketed as a close to haram hotel.

Despite the polite and welcoming reception staff, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The room service was completely unhelpful. When I tried to order food from outside, I was met with a dry, dismissive tone and was flat-out told they would not bring it up to my room. Additionally, the location is much farther from Al Haram than advertised. You’re forced to rely on the hotel shuttle, which is highly inconvenient. Overall, the stay was not worth the hassle. I do not recommend this hotel and I will definitely not be returning.

The location shown on the map was totally different. Look clise to Haram on map but don't fool a huge bridge and roads need to cross to reach in a hotel. Very inconvenience compared to the price you pay. The shower room has no door when I complain they did nothing. For a soap or shampoo you needs to call several times to get it. Thank you

What can I say, 8 out of 10 for effort to keep customers happy, the girl at the reception (sorry can't remember her name but wore aviator style glasses) upgraded us to an interconnected rooms... Staff: are really helpful and friendly. Facilities: "Spa" what spa? Location: Checked all the maps and routes before booking and when I say it's in a bad location I mean in a bad location, I mean to get to the zam zam tower it takes about 20 mins and 10 mins to the mosque to pray.

Tikal Jabal is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms, service and breakfast. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Nasir Ali, Hossain, Jiban and kawsar helped us a lot during our stay. Will surely only stay here for our next visit.
