호텔 직원분들이 궁금한거 하나 하나 다 알려주시고 숙소 위치까지 데려다 주셔서 좋았어요! 교통이 엄청 가까운건 아니지만 걸으면서 공원도 산책하고 좋았어요. 방도 깨끗하고 넉넉했어요. 마지막날 새벽 비행기라서 공항 가는 버스 물어봤더니 친절하게 지도에 위치 요금 시간까지 표시해주면서 알려주시고 새벽까지 호텔 안에서 쉬고 갈 수 있게 해주셔서 너무 감사했어요!

이틀을 숙박하였고 비교적 청결하였으며 호스트의 서비스는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 더불어 공동으로 사용하는 화장실과 부엌도 사람만 많지 않다면 불편함을 느끼지 못할 것입니다. 다만 숙소가 관광지와 좀 떨어져 있어서 이동에 조금 힘들었습니다.

주방이 넓고 도구들이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 좋아요. 라운지룸이나 주방, 테라스 모두 공간이 넓고 예뻐서 하루만 묵기에는 아까운 곳이네요. 대부분의 관광지 도보 가능해요. 로열마일/캐슬 15~20분 정도. 다만 리프트가 없는거랑 수건을 따로 대여해야하는건 아쉽네요. 스태프 들도 친절하고 관리가 잘 되는 느낌이에요.

Its a budget hostel, so no complaints. I needed a cheap room to stay in/go back too after clubbing until 3am.
I had a single bedroom which was through behind the kitchen. Nice and quiet, clean bedding, and warm enough. Carpet could do with a good hoover though !
I would use again for the same purpose.

Arrived after the desk was closed and got our keys out of the lock box (labeled with my name and room number). Someone else was in our room already. Nobody ever responded to our calls to the emergency needs phone number after leaving 3 voicemails over an hours time. Took our money and had no room.

Ostello in una antica casa tipica di Edimburgo, tutta il legno, soggiorno comunque con bella vetrata, due cucine con una veranda riscaldata, cortiletto comune interno, 2 bagni per piano. Personale attento e gentile, disponibili. Mi hanno prestato il phon. I bagni non sono perfetti, alcune cose sono un po' vecchie, ma nel complesso molto contenta.

Prenotato una camera con bagno privato in questo posto fatiscente
Al nostro arrivo nessuno alla reception
Chiamiamo il numero di emergenza e dopo 4 telefonate ci risponde una ragazza che non era nemmeno sicura dei codici di accesso alla struttura.
Prendiamo la chiavi e saliamo in stanza: un buco senza nemmeno un appendiabiti con le tendine alle finestre tutte strappate e un letto minuscolo con le coperte rattoppate.
Naturalmente il bagno non era in camera e nulla di quello che si vedeva in foto sull'annuncio corrispondeva alla realtà.
La finestra si affacciava su un cortile interno che sembrava una discarica.
Abbiamo preso le nostre valigie e siamo usciti alla ricerca di una ltra sistemazione

Internet did not work reliably, shower water heater on top floor was broken so we had cold showers. I told the staff lady but it didn't get fixed. Very noisy floorboards, Windows didn't fully close and neither did the blinds so it was very bright at night. Stained carpets, uncomfortable beds, musty bedding. Overpriced, not value for money at all.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Probably best hostel we’ve stayed in. Staff were super friendly and helpful (Tanika in particular). Had 2 kitchens and multiple bathrooms which was nice. Area is far away enough to be peaceful but not too far that you can still easily walk anywhere.

I know this is a budget option but the place is just dirty and falling apart. Staff are nice but I was dependent on helpful other guests to get me in and sorted. So old and musty in the rooms and my room was only accessible through a communal kitchen.
