Staff were friendly, location was good for our stay.

Room was spotless, amenities fine.

l'hôtel est situé idéalement, près d'un parc et avec des restaurants tout près.

Room + bathroom were clean ,bit carpet could do with being renewed.

Twin room. Could be cleaner ( some dust) but overall very nice bathroom very clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice including healthy options. Cooked breakfast was nice and hot (covered buffet). Staff all friendly and helpful. Beds were a little hard for my taste but room was quiet and I slept well. I would stay here again without question.

Got parked at front door.very clean and quiet.

No fridge or microwave inside unit. Too much street noise. Room was clean, liked room decor themed matching curtains and sheets.

The room was clean and tidy if a little small. Bathroom was also clean but cold. Heating kicked in at 8am only. Breakfast was excellent over the road

Clean and comfortable room. Decent shower. Small double bed for the single room I’m stayed in. Great location for city centre and exhibition centres (ovo arena, SECC). The guy on reception wasn’t the chattiest but he sound full of a cold and I was only staying one night so didn’t cause me any inconvenience. Would definitely recommend as a nice place to stay for a city break or stop over.

Plain but good.

The lift needs maintenance. The beds are atrocious. Every spring jabs into you all night long. Have they not changed the mattresses since turn of the century? Originally we were placed in a basement room that was hot, stuffy and claustrophobic, all for the price of $600 Canadian a night. The place was truly abominable, we had to move to another hotel after one night since we couldn’t stand how noisy and hot and unpleasant it was. Some mention the fabulous breakfast, the only thing that was palatable was the coffee and yoghurt with some frozen fruit on top, which they have a very limited supply and ran out fast. Save your cash, run far away and stay anywhere else, a park bench perhaps??

It was clean, and we didn't see any roaches or bedbugs. Appears to have been renovated around 1970.

Absolutely unbelievably appalling check inn! Nobody was present at the reception and the guests started queuing to check inn. Tried phoning the hotel with no luck. There was several of the guests - us included - who had other arrangements to attend. After 15-20 minutes the receptionist came back seemingly surprised at the que. She’d been out to buy food so it seemed. The manager should at least have provided a cellphone so she could have been reached. Apart from that the room and breakfast was fine. Okay value for the price I suppose.

Nice place

There was free parking available by the street side from 6pm to 8 am, a couple of restaurants nearby. Our rooms were at the basement and stairs going down were a bit narrow and could be an issue for older people.

Very modern

Room was clean but very small, we were on the fourth floor and the room was to warm but we couldn't open the window because of noisy pigeons nesting on roof, but apart from this it was a nice stay.
