good location -

Hotel room needed some upkeep as it was a bit run down. Large room. Staff were great! Hotel lobby and breakfast were nice. In City centre and close to everything.

Basic but clean, quiet and good location

Nearness to public transportation and tourist areas and the high street made our stay very convenient. Would like to have had better coffee in the room though!

Great location and staff! Clean sheets and towels. The floor coverings in my room and bathroom were in poor condition: discoloration. The room was lack of ventilation.

This was our worst and highest priced stay out of 8 towns/cities. The room was so hot and the outdoor temperature was only 20°C, it would have been unbearable if it was warmer outdoors. When opening the windows, there was a foul odor coming from the alley below and the noise from the seagulls and vehicles screeching was too much! We agree with conserving water, so please provide adequate hooks to hang the towels, the hooks are currently in the shower area where they don't dry.

The staff was nice, breakfast was good. Comfortable bed, but pillows smelled like the previous guest (that may be a UK thing). WIFI was great. 1/2 block to the bus/train station. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby.

I had a good stay at B&B HOTEL Inverness. The location is convenient and the staff were friendly, which made the experience pleasant overall. However, the room could use some attention to detail and improvement. The shower screen wasn’t sealing properly, so water spilled out onto the floor, and I noticed a bit of mold in some small corners. There was also a loose panel behind the toilet that gave the bathroom a slightly unfinished feel. Nothing major, but with a little maintenance this hotel could easily deliver a much better experience.

This hotel is a good location but it’s run down and dirty. They have tried to make the lower entry fun but the service is meh and you get looked at like an inconvenience. We were very disappointed to have the room be extremely hot. No ac and no fan. Windows open and you get bad smells and noise all night. The room has a distinct smell and I assume it’s the mold in the bathroom…. The bed is hard as plywood. I looked for other hotels and had we been able to switch to another we would have. Disappointing to say the least, if it were the cheapest hotel that would be one thing but it’s not

Clean, location, staff was very helpful

Could easy make better breakfast options for vegetarians or those of us that doesn't eat meat for breakfast by adding fresh fruit/berries for instance. The staff was super nice.

Comfy, well appointed hotel in a very convenient location near the train station in town. If you’re looking for a more modern hotel (as opposed to a traditional Scottish bnb) this is a great option.

The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding. Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t. The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast.
