Comfortable apartment with most of the things we needed. Easy walk up to the Playhouse and Princes street. Large Tesco with in easy distance. However, the blackout blind in the bedroom didn’t work and although my husband emailed the host we didn’t get a response. The microwave/oven had been replaced with a microwave and no instructions. The lights over the bunks were somewhat dubious.

The property was fine. But it was not the room in the advertised pictures. But the issue wasn’t so much the property itself, but the lack of communication with the host. Although in what I’m about to share, the situation has nothing to do with the host, it has everything to do with the Goodwill of those who rent out their property. We checked in very easily on a Thursday afternoon. Within hours, my travel partner had to go to the emergency room. Sadly, she was in the emergency room for the remainder of the trip. On Friday morning, I contacted the host to let them know that I was checking out because my focus now was on my friend and her well-being, and I needed to get closer to the hospital. So my 4 day reservation was cut to less than 24 hours. I contacted them so that they would have the opportunity to rent it out to somebody else. I was hoping for some grace in our situation and waited eagerly to see if at least 1/2 of my money would be refunded since out of 4 days, I stayed for only one night. But I heard nothing from the host. I contacted them again to make sure they knew what was going on. Nothing. I communicated again before taking the time to write a review and still heard nothing back, which put up a red flag for me. If you ever choose the rent this venue, do so at your own risk. If anything were to happen, or if you ever needed to contact the host for any reason, you may or may not have success.

There is a social club next door that wasn’t a problem on a Thursday, but the weekend is a different story.

Everything was perfect for a short or long stay, apartment was fully stocked with everything you need. We only stayed 2 days but could have stayed a month! Parking was close and everything was walkable with 2 grocery stores close by. Host was very quick to respond and super helpful, we loved our stay and would stay here again.

Room was fine but its definitely not a 3 bed apartment. Its a small room with 1x bed, 1x sofa bed and a madress for the floor. For the price it was ok. Location is fine but its a taxi ride into town.

I arrived to the place and was informed that the booking has been cancelled due to flood but the owners forgot to inform me about it!!! Also they thought I was arriving day later! I have been told that I shouldn't have any problems with finding other place in the city as it's quite time. I drove for 10 hours and my niece flu from abroad to find out we have no place to stay!! it was absolutely unacceptable that we were not informed on time about the situation or that there was no alternative organised for us!

L’emplacement (il faut marcher 30 minutes pour être dans Old Town) , tout comme l’appartement sont très bien. Les 2 seuls « points noirs »: - aucune information pour le Check out - une insonorisation vraiment à revoir. On entend absolument tout chez les voisins et la première nuit ca a été l’enfer avec des voisins ivres qui ont fait la fête jusque 4h du matin…

Was enough for the weekend. Loved the wee info folder. Did not like the folding table thing but it worked in the end. Could do with a small shelf in the shower.

Loved staying in this spacious apartment, great location to explore Edinburghs old town, highly recommended

Central beliggende lille 1 vær. Lejlighed, flot badeværelse, det lille køkken indholdt det man skal bruge, der er endda opvaskemaskine. Og ude på gangen er der vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Skøn seng. Ligger i et stille område og ikke langt fra bus og indkøbsmuligheder.

We stayed in Apartment 4 which is a studio apartment, so the bed is a sofa bed which is fine for us, bathroom was great, the apartment was compact but had everything you need 25 minutes to Waverley Station walking downhill and £7 for Uber on the way back Considering Edinburgh prices we felt this was a decent price

Didn’t appreciate that it was a pull out bed and the mattress topper was a bit thin for my liking/ weight however, other than that, the apartment was clean and tidy.

convent to town, the airport and the bus route. it had everything you would need for a short stay. Coffee, tea ect.

A very clean property, fairly centrally located. Really helpful notes on travel, attractions and eateries. Clear instructions on entry to the flat as well as a helpful phone number to contact. Séjour agréable dans un appartement refait à neuf. La localisation à 20 min du vieux centre est très pratique, pour faire son petit sport du matin ;) Très bien équipé et bien décoré, cet appartement est parfait si vous voulez restez quelques jours en ayant la possiblite de réellement se faire à manger et profiter de s’asseoir dans le canapé très confortable.

The towels was smell not good like doesn't washing and the check out too early @ 11 am and the location far a way from the activities/downtown
