Callum was amazing! What a beautiful B&B and he can cook! The room was fantastic and his hospitality was over the top! I would highly recommend! Kim and Michael Anderson

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodated an early check in for us due us attending a wedding. Breakfast the next day was lovely with lots of options. Room was nice and clean and tidy. Would recommend!

Communication with Callum was great. Brilliant house located in the middle of the town. Quirky furnishings. Handled the gluten free breakfast request with understanding. Room comfortable and high end soaps and shampoo. Can’t wait to return. Located at the gateway to the highlands.

Nicely appointed bed and breakfast. Calum was a fabulous host. The breakfast was amazing. Situated along a busy street so there is noise at night from cars driving by. We stayed in the Ben A'am room which had an ensuite. While we appreciated the rainfall shower head, it was kind of big for the small shower and water splashed on the floor as we showered since the shower was open. Nothing a shower curtain couldn't fix. The bed was a bit lumpy but that did not keep us from getting a good night's sleep. definitely recommend a stay here if you're in the area.

Cute place. Clean and breakfast both days were great!! The french toast was excellent. Could have used a few extra touches just for guess comfort but all in all very good.

Great communication from start to finish very welcoming upon arrival. Room was lovely clean and veey comfertable. Good options for breakfast. Callum the owner made a lovely breakfast & ofdered more if we wished but wasnt needed very filling great atmosphere with retro record player playing in background. Would highly reccomend and we will definetly use the facility again. Good access ro local toen amenities xx

Stayed for 2 nights. Had a lovely stay. Callum checked when we would arrive and greeted us at the door. Had a nice breakfast, which you pick the time and food you would like the night before. Loved the size and decor of the room. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. There is some noise from the main road however

My favorite B&B I stayed in while on holiday in Scotland. Our room, the Ben A'an room, was en suite and both the bedroom and bathroom were nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was so good and my son and I had a lovely conversation with the proprietor, Callum. He was very helpful and worked with us to ensure we had a breakfast available for an early departure. I will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend staying.

Everything about the place, the breakfast and the hosts was absolutely wonderful, except the bed was hard as a rock. If you like a firm bed, it will be fantastic! We just aren’t super firm mattress people. Other than that, can’t say enough great things about our experience there. Friendly hosts, nice breakfast options that were prepared and displayed beautifully, nice amenities, quirky and fun decor, helpful with local information, etc. Callum was great to have worked with through it all!

Delightful! The rooms were comfortable and spacious, impeccably clean. The house is decorated gorgeously (magazibe worthy), brilliantly blending modern touches with traditional furnishings. Breakfast was delicious and generous, even for our vegetarian kids.

Friendly owner and atmospheric

This was our first time staying at a B & B. Very nice property! Very clean and quiet. Callum and Lindsay were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was great and our family of four enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here! Attention to detail is fantastic, beautiful rooms & products and breakfast was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was made exactly how each of us asked. Lindsay was lovely. First time ever in a BNB so I can’t ever compare anything but we had a wonderful time. cozy and relaxing. She had a large map on the wall with little tags all over it highlighting certain things to see etc. that was nice.

The room was clean and well decorated. Sleep was easy and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great one night stay.

I loved the aesthetics and attention to quality as well as function- a very comfortable bed! I loved the record played while having breakfast :) lovely breakfast. Callum is friendly and welcoming. Thank you!
