Clean room with all required amenities. Warm and helpful welcome. Very good value

We had booked an en suite room (Rm8). The check in was easy and room although basic ie a d/bed (which was comfy enough) and large tv was clean as was bathroom. It had tea and coffee and it was quite quiet. Room was well heated. Only down sides were only 1 very flat pillow each which was not ideal for sleeping(we didn’t get back until near 11pm so nobody there)and shower hose stand was broken at top making it hard to shower without holding(left note). Both issues easily resolved and given price location etc - it was ideal for 1 night

La habitación era acogedora y muy limpia tenia cuarto de baño y un pequeño jardín, la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable incluso hicimos el chek in un poco antes, en los alrededores hay muchas tiendas y lugares donde desayunar bien.

For the cost we paid, the windows barely closed. The mirrors where falling apart from being so old hardly anything was spent on modernisation or maintenance. The shower leaked and went everywhere but where it should. The last time there was any kind of maintenance or a fresh bit of decorating was way back in Conor clouds time. Would rather pay a bit more and get better conditions. The only and I mean only good thing for this place was the location. Most attractions where in walking distance. No info on where to park. All the site have was generic answers for parking. Boone answers the phone when you have a question, and when you type in on there search page you don’t get any help what so ever. Book at your own risk

Being denied check-in at 2:40pm even though the room was long ready, with the door closed in my face after being told in broken English to wait in the street for 20 more minutes was not the highlight of my stay (the problem was solved when I insisted and someone more senior showed up and let me get my key and move on — but still, this gave me a very sour taste).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The room was clean but in need of redecorating. Tatty curtains, furniture in need of repair.

I was disappointed that when we got a double room, only one seat was available, and no one on hand to answer the bell ( after 9pm) to get me another one. I also felt the staff member was indifferent to me. I did get a decent night's sleep. you wanted feedback, take note of my comments. Btw I thought the shower was excellent.

Très bien pour une nuit ou deux.

A 30 minutes à pied du centre et à 2 minutes du tram. Chambre petite, veillote mais propre et pas chauffée en début de ce mois de Mai. Le personnel est sympathique. Tres bien pour une nuit ou deux.

The room was fine although very compact

Low ceiling over one side of double bed made me feel claustrophobic. Room was small, but bathroom was fine. Street was torn up with construction. Had to wake up narrow stairs with luggage.

It's close to public transportation . It's a quiet residential area. The only issue was the construction site that didn't allow my driver leaving me at the right place. However this was not the property fault. I liked that my room had all the amenities. Also, the lady was very nice.

It was ideally located near the tram system; in order to easily move around Edinburgh/Leith.

Budjettiystävällinen majoitus loistavalla sijainnilla. Ihan raitiovaunupysäkin vieressä, joten kulku keskustaan, kaikille nähtävyyksille ja lentokentälle käy sujuvasti. Kiva, rauhallinen ja turvallinen alue, josta löytyy myös kahviloita, ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Huoneen kunto vastasi odotuksia ja on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Huone oli kuitenkin siisti, ja WC ja suihku toimivat. Se riitti meille vallan mainiosti! Huone siivottiin sekä kahvi- ja teetarpeet täydennettiin päivittäin. Äänieristystä ei juurikaan ole eli kaikki äänet kantautuu viereisistä huoneista, mutta ei tämä ehkä bilettäjien ykkösvalinta olekaan - ja hyvä niin! :) Voin suositella Cambridge House lämpimästi ja majoittuisin itsekin uudelleen.
