Hotel in una posizione lontana da tutto e da tutti ma era esattamente quello che stavamo cercando. Camera spaziosa e bagno enorme. Colazione ottima inclusa nel presso sia quella continentale che la full Scottish breakfast. Parcheggio disponibile davanti o nelle vicinanze della struttura. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante dell’hotel.

Great location in cute little village

Beautiful hotel in tranquil and peaceful location. Staff all very welcoming and accommodating. Last minute trip away and stay in lovely deluxe suite. Dinner in the hotel was amazing, very reasonably priced. Comfortable sleep followed by a full Scottish breakfast. Manager checked us out and was very friendly and hospitable and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location and top renovated hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Parking just outside the entrance on a small, cute square. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at this hotel! It was so inviting, tastefully decorated, and helpful staff. We especially enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter was exceptional as was the food! The young lady at the front desk helped us with tips for sights around the village! We would stay here again without hesitation.

Just checked out of the Dunalastair Suite, and I can't help but feel a wave of emotion wash over me at the thought of leaving this enchanting haven. This gem nestled in the majestic mountains of Loch Lomond is nothing short of a paradise, and I truly hope to return someday never say never, right? The hotel itself is a masterpiece, surrounded by the soothing embrace of the river and breathtaking scenery that captivates the soul. Every corner of this place is immaculate, reflecting the care and attention to detail that the staff pours into their work. Speaking of the staff, they treated us like royalty! The owner, Surya, went above and beyond by taking time out of his busy schedule to personally brew and serve us some of the best coffee I've ever tasted. It was a delightful touch that made our stay even more special. Eugene, Shannon, and Habanni were simply phenomenal, making us feel like VIPs throughout our visit. Our suite was a sanctuary spacious, well-stocked, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need: water, coffee, snacks, plush robes, and so much more. If you’re a nature lover seeking daily adventures, this is the ultimate destination. The tranquility and beauty of Loch Ronnach will leave you spellbound. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Nice hotel clearly a 5 star a some point. The staff was great but the hotel really under staffed. The hotel was clean but the carpets were not. The staff told us the hotel was sold the day we arrived.

Underwhelmed, not as good as it used to be.

The hotel is nice and comfortable however at out time of visit the restaurant was not open which makes eating options pretty far away due to the location of the hotel. Also, phone network isn't working inside the hotel and the WiFi took us respectively 24h and 48h to connect both of our phones.

Lovely stay, restaurant was open, food was lovely. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Bed was very comfortable, rooms had everything we needed.

Beautiful hotel in a very picturesque area. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. No restaurant for an evening meal as they're under new management and are awaiting the chef starting. Ate in a nearby hotel..

Beautiful little town and lovely breakfast. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed for dinners. Staff were friendly and very helpful!

There was no much dining options around and amenities are minimal

Grande déception. Nous nous attendions un hôtel de standing. À notre arrivée, de gros tas de linge de lit étaient posés vers l’accueil… Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre avec même pas un tiers de rouleaux de papier toilette… nous avons dû aller à l’accueil qui a mis cinq minutes pour nous trouver un rouleau de PQ! La moquette avait des taches et la tête de lit également. Service de bar inexistant, aucune bière locale, même pas de bières pression… la remise des clefs a été faite par une femme de ménage qui passait par là…

The staff were lovely and helpful but feel they are rather stretched. The suite was lovely, clean, and had great views. Unfortunately there were no dining facilities as they had no chef. We were asked if we had received the email informing us but still haven't received it. We were able to have breakfast which was acceptable, but unfortunately, lacked that standard on the last day. We did enjoy our stay though.

Booked a night away with my husband. First, no remote for the TV, we eventually got one. Rooms are supposedly soundproof, not when you're placed in a room with an adjoining room, separated by a door. We could hear full conversation frrom the guests in the adjoining room. Reception upgraded us to another room. The new room, had no TV remote, turns out they had removed the remote to put in our first room. Drinks are expensive, view is not as described, food was mediocre. Breakfast was sparse. Staff were pleasant enough. I didnt know it was in administration when i booked, it definitely shows. Also, a deposit of £100 requested upon arrival, no mention of this on booking or hotel website. Not a 5 star hotel.

The saff were wonderful and welcoming! Rooms very nice and clean! With all you need. Excellent service from the breakfast staff! And our vegetarian breakfast was tasty and filling. There was also pleanty of options to choose from. Only one thing i would say needs improvement are some furnishings are running the overall aesthetics due too large chps on the table and cubards. We got to stay for two nights at a very good price! We eally enjoyed our stay! And would definitely stay again.

This is a really nice hotel. Public areas are bright and welcoming whilst the suite offered, Schiehallion, was spacious and comfortable. Staff were obliging and friendly and the experience overall with regards the accommodation was very positive. The experience in the restaurant was less impressive but not altogether negative. A modest uptick in experienced staff would assist some I sense. Would stay here again.
