Very nice little apartment, just to the side of the Castle. Great location and comfy bed. Having a separate kitchen/ dinning space is great, as it allows for healthier eating. Having luggage storage all day on check out day is a big plus

Amazing location, good comms for checkin

Place had everything one would need. Close enough to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, was just a short walk. Far enough away to be very quiet at night.

Property was in an amazing location. Just below the castle. Clean and spacious with dining and good coffee nearby. Loved our stay.

This was the perfect place in Edinburgh! It was close to all of the transport but also easy to walk around to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean, tidy and perfect size!

This is a comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The large bed was a treat as we have one at home and struggle a bit with small ones.

The flat was in a quiet area just a few blocks from Grassmarket Square which has lots of pubs and restaraunts. We were here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the flat was a short walk to most of the venues. Just around the corner from the flat on Spittal St is the Blue Blazer (a lovely neighbourhood pub for a night cap), and The Source Coffee to get you going in the morning. We would definately stay here again.

Mycket bra boende, snyggt och fräscht, rymlig studio. Det enda man kan sakna är krokar för badlakan. Men hur gick det till när handfatet i duschrummet monterades - ca 25 cm högre än normalt! 10 minuters promenad till Royal Mile och 10 minuter till Haymarket för transport till flygplatsen

A bright, well maintained property in a very convenient location!

I wanted to be close to our tour departure the next day and this was the perfect place! An 11 minute walk got us up the hill easily with no steps! It’s a beautiful place and really clean. This is my first experience with a place where you let yourself in, and being a novice, it took me a bit to figure it out, but once we did, we loved it!

Good location,near to castle and shops, fair price. lovely touches, nice tea, coffee and biscuits, also nice toiletries. One hob was not working, shower tray filled up with water when shower was on powerful setting. Hole in bed sheet. Bleach stained towel.quite noisy from neighbours above. Parking is limited and very expensive. Electric keypad for entry, great idea

Really nice big room with small kitchen located right in the middle of everything.

Excellent location - step out of the front door for an eyeful of Castle, look out of the window for a view of garden. We had a problem (the dishwasher beeps like a smoke alarm about to go off!) and the property manager explained it - and was ready to come over immediately if it persisted. We had two comfortable and pleasant days here.

Needing new coffee pots A larger duvet will be good

Check in was easy. I was provided a code to get in a few days before my arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cups etc. location was very handy for the usher hall and near an ncp car park. A couple of lightbulbs needed changing and the fridge was off and warm when we arrived. Enjoyed our stay and would use again in the future.

So close to Edinburgh castle and beautiful property to stay in.

Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Close to venue we were visiting. Good selection of restaurants and bars close by. Friendly host and easy access to building.

Fantastic location. It had everything we wanted and was really clean and tidy when we arrived. Could not fault it!

This is a lovely apartment, well positioned. The decor is new and the luggage store was a bonus. Bed was very comfy. The kitchen equipment was very basic so no sieve to drain pasta & no grater so not a ‘long stay’ choice. Slight staining on sofa & a broken blind which needs attention but overall very good value for money.
