All the staff were fabulous from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping..
Breakfast was hot and awesome everyday
Will be back there and would highly recommend to everyone
Great access to shopping, they also went out of there way to find us a wheelchair rental company ( that dropped off and picked up from the hotel)
If you book any bus tours you are literally right across the street from the pick up and drop off location

이른 조식제공, 버스터미널과 기차역, 중심지역이 모두 가깝고 인근에 편의점과 음식점들이 많으며 렌트카 이용시 호텔 바로 앞에 주차타워를 이용하기 쉬웠음. 주차비는 오후 6시-오전 8시까지는 4파운드로 저렴. 그 시간을 넘기면 비용이 올라가는 듯.
단 룸에 냉장고와 에어컨이 없으며 8월 한여름인데도 서늘해서 오히려 히터를 틀었을 정도이니 에어컨은 무관했으나 냉장고는 불편했음.
전체적으로 만족.

I have stayed in this hotel many many times over the last 8 years and enjoyed my time. This visit was disappointing. I was allocated room 462 which only has a wall as a view. The bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep and until past 3 am very noisy neighbours . This is all unusual.
I am a business client and have meetings all day - not good !

NEGATIVES - Plug socket for hairdryer is literally on the floor, and if like me you cannot bend so low, you cant use the hairdryer in front of the mirror, or plug in the iron, certainly not guest friendly and i would not stay again

Super location, 200m to bus station and 5 minutes to queen st railway station. Shops and bars also close by. Good convenient for everything Glasgow has to offer
