Good location. Good hotel.

Centrally located property, close to GoMa, Glasgow Queen St train station and fantastic dining options such as Piece, Margo, Paesano Laboratorio Espresso and many more. Good basic-to-midrange hotel; whilst some areas would need a bit of a Reno TLC, it’s a great place at affordable prices!

Got what we paid for. Budget, efficient , clean and easy.

We liked that we could check in slightly earlier after a long journey to Glasgow. We also liked the free tea and coffee making facilities in the restaurant.

Great location in central Glasgow

Rather faded, worn and needs an upgrade. Curtains seem to be falling off windows. Water not very hot.

Perfect location, room small but functional with good sized shower, hairdryer and iron provided. Breakfast terrible, not worth the additional cost. Both coffee machines out of order and hash brown so hard you couldn't even bite them. Needs to be improved, would get breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel was clean; the staff friendly. The breakfast had several options. We were able to visit many sites within a short walk. The beds and pillows were hard! No microwaves or mini fridge.

Fantastic food, and complimentary drinks. Good, clean bathroom, with a great shower. Twin room was not really twin - a sofa bed which dipped in the middle was not comfortable. The double bed -mattress and pillows were too firm. When we checked in the lobby/reception was fairly loud and the member of staff had a soft voice, so it made it tricky to hear and remember all the information that was given. It would have been helpful to have a written copy of times of breakfast etc. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were particularly great, proactive and friendly. We liked the decor and atmosphere of the hotel.

Whole stay was excellent from start to finish, but think room 415 needs a new mattress, was quite uncomfortable, but didnt spoil our stay at all. Keep up the good work

Great location for shopping and Dining definetly use again

Quirky Glasgow themed decor, great central location, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Staff were very efficient. Would definitely stay again or reccomend to others

Great place to stay very enjoyable

Nice clean hotel, fairly basic rooms. However the bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress is rock solid as are the pillows. Dreadful nights sleep.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable, and location was so convenient. Breakfast was tasty with decent variety. Overall a great stay!

Excellent location, great price, clean, friendly, good room amenities like a TV with plenty to watch during down time.

The location was fab for shops bars and restaurants the staff were absolutely fantastic nothing was too much bother the 24hr bar was even better would definitely recommend this hotel
