Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow

Good location. Really easy to access transportation and downtown. Also, it’s not far to go shopping and restaurants.

This is the second time staying in leonardos in the last few weeks. I really recommend that they put more towels in room especially when it’s double occupancy. Having to share a towel isn’t ideal

Breakfast was not very good food was a poor quality

The hotel staff are excellent. The hotel , from the comfort to cleanliness it is excellent. Breakfast is excellent a great choice for all tastes

Not a bad place to stay and handy location. Unfortunately our bathroom had a strong smell coming from the shower waste pipe which let the room down.

Really nice hotel and suite was a great room with some nice added extras like executive room. Great variety breakfast however main meal experience was poor really. Burgers way overcooked as was the fries almost solid. Some noise from trains early in the morning so maybe some ear pods would be a bonus. All in all really good hotel very central with great parking across the road. Just let down by main meal experience on this occasion maybe a bad day for the chef

Very good location, especially for Glasgow Central Station and for the Subway. Comfortable hotel, but our Executive room was badly designed, no drawers and hangers in small wardrobe were very high up. Room was on a corner and was quite cold had to have Air Con/Heating on at 26 degrees all the time so very noisy. Bathroom was freezing, had cold air blowing through it, an engineer eventually turned the cold air flow in the bathroom down but it was still uncomfortably cold. Bathrobes usually present in Leonardo Executive rooms not available, and service was a little lax, water not replaced twice and Nespresso machine leaked everywhere. Overall a good stay in a great city, but not up to Leonardo's usual standard (we have stayed in Executive rooms in Birmingham a few times and 2 different London ones.)

Was lovely. Omly thing was bathroom was so cold. Thermostat said 30 degrees clearly wasn't and couldn't turn fan off was noisy all night.

Everything was great apart from i booked a room with a bath and shower but there was no bath

The gym here is great and love the room service menu and overall interior of the rooms which are kept clean every day

Lovely hotel. Check in was excellent. Staff at reception and in bar lovely. The room was fab and what a comfy bed! The only thing we didn't like was the housekeeping knocking our room at 9.50am, waking us up and then they knocked again at 10.40am so we felt they just wanted us out which wasn't a nice feeling. In hindsight we should've put the "do not disturb" sign on the door to allow us to have a lie in until 10.15am then vacate the room still before the 11am checkout. We vacated the room at 10.45am but would've been a bit nicer not being woke up earlier than planned. Would still return to this hotel but would put the sign on our room door for next time.

It's an excellent hotel - great gym, comfy bed, great shower...but the staff and service are what makes it exceptional.

Hotel stay was great. Nice tea and coffee amenities, very comfortable room and bedding. We both had a great sleep. Breakfast selection was small but very tasty.

Love it here the Executive Suite And Lounge is amazing great interiors fantastic place great service and very comfortable highly recommend it

Clean comfortable room , although more lighting would be beneficial. The hotel was in an excellent central location, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast as you would expect.

Has been updated, great location and round the corner from the Enoch Centre. River views.
