Great apartment! Even nicer in person than I could have imagined from the photos, which already gave a good impression. Was pleasantly surprised to see my unit had two full bathrooms! For a one bedroom, that was awesome. Wish I could've stayed longer than a day, because it makes a nice retreat.
The base of the kitchen sink was the main thing noticeably dirty, which was unfortunate to see. But didn't take away from the whole experience. 15/1 and 15/2 have a deep stairway to get to the apt, which also was a bit surprising and didn't make easy for me lugging a 50 lb luggage bag both up and down the steps. Needs to be more explicit for accessibility purposes.
In the bedroom there is this cool adjacent faux grass room that was quickly tainted by the smell and cleaning supplies thrown around back there. As a selling point, that should just be attended to better. But all in all, it truly is a lovely apt and great deal.

A very nice apartment in a great neighbourhood. Lot’s of restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to. Great staff who answer all the questions super quickly. Apartment itself was great and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and extra points for the warm and cosy blanket. Great water pressure in the shower. However, it is on the ground floor, so there is not much natural light. You could hear the footsteps from the apartment above, but that did not bother us too much. If you are a very light sleeper it might be bit annoying though.
Overall a really nice stay and would recommend!

Lovely apartment, quiet location on a side street. Great neighborhood with everything very walkable, even with a toddler and stroller. Note that the property is below street level so your have to enter via two flights of stairs. Our apartment had windows onto courtyards in front and back, but it did not get much natural light. Didn't bother us, we slept very well and enjoyed the comfortable living room. Communication and responsiveness from apartment management was excellent.

Very nice. Spacious. Clean. Excellent place to stay. Great location. If warm in summer, potable standing room fans can be found in the bedroom closets. Staff was very helpful via phone with answering questions!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 2 teen daughters. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, clean, nice location & everything we needed. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We were pleasantly surprised how lovely the property was. We saw the photos but not sure which would be the apartment we would have.
We staying in apartment 2, one bedroom apartment located in the basement.
Albeit in the basement of the property, this was no issue. The property layout was ideal with a great feel. Decor was very good and fully equipped for short or longer stays. The property had all the needs to cook full dinners with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher so no need to wash up. The property even had a washing machine which was an added surprise.
The property had a small shared courtyard from the property only for the basement level. This was decorated to enhance the area which was a lovely touch.
Overall the stay was lovely. The communication was great and we would highly recommend.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. There is a Tesco just down the road, which was great for any supplies. We were in Apartment 5, which was below Apartment 4. There was a lot of noise from the unit above, walking noises were very easily heard. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

One of the best aparthotels we've ever stayed in the UK, modern design, clean, comfy and big rooms with all the amenities you need for a short stay, Tesco express just 100m away, located in a nice area of Edinburgh with a lot of lively restaurants and bars and close to the centre, if you are lucky and arrive during the weekend you may find (free) parking space in nearby streets, we were a family of four and got apartment 3 with 2 double rooms, it wasn't cheap but was worth every penny - 5 star experience!
