Excellent service anytime Very safe and good location to stay in downtown Extra clean room and great breakfast These are my second staying in Novotel

생각보다 방이 정말 넓고 좋았어요! 다만 화장실하구 소파는 좀 낡은것 같았어요 호텔로 가는길이 오르막인건 참고하시구요, 다른 서비스나 모든것이 너무 친절해서 매우 만족했습니다 가성비는 최고고요! 가족하고 가도 넘 좋을거같앙 소파베드도 잇더라고요! :) 추천합니다

직원분들이 모두 넘 친절하셨구요. 매일 물을 넣어주고 아침식사도 좋았어요 간단히 로비에서 치즈샐러드도 맛있게 먹었요~

4성급 아닙니다. 2.5성급으로 내려야 맞습니다. 게다가, 욕조와 세면대 모두 막혀 있었고 (둘째 날 메모 남기고 나갔더니 뚫려 있기는 했어요) 화장실 손잡이는 반쯤 떨어져 나간 상태였어요. 수건은 수건이라기 보다 걸레에 더 가까울 정도로 낡았어요. 주변 환경도 썰렁했고, 하여간 추천할만한 호텔 아닙니다. 다만, 프런트 직원은 아주 친절했고, 별도 concierge가 없었지만 관광지와 식당 추천 등 잘 해줬어요.

Vert friendly and helpful staff

The staff were so nice to us, we brought our dog last minute and that was seamless, jus paid £10 and she was welcomed and fussed over. When I arrived to check in I explained I had come down with the cold and asked if the room had a bath, they moved us around to a different room to make sure I could have a soak in the tub, were super friendly and thoughtful. The room was lovely and location excellent for us going to see a show at the Kings Theatre along the road.

Great city centre location, easy walking distance to main shopping areas & queens square train station. Could walk to OVO & SEC on a decent day, but due to heavy rain we didn’t and got taxi. Ordered via hotel waited no longer than 5 mins and was £10. Room was spacious 2 double beds, toilet separate from Bathroom, great idea! Room was warm in night. Never had breakfast but did order pizza one night, delicious if a bit expensive. Front desk staff all very very friendly, welcoming and helped us with lots of questions. Would definitely stay again if In Glasgow

Friendly staff and well serviced rooms. Clean and quiet hotel. Food was nice. Bar prices were average for a hotel.

Quick and convenient nights stay.

Hotel room was tired, gym was out of action as the door had broken. Great location and friendly staff.

Staff not being very helpful on the arrival , room services kept walking in with no knocking . It was jus terrible stay

Lady on reception was lovely and saw to us quickly. The room was okay and had everything we needed. Decor was a little tired. There was a strange smell in reception and then the lifts.

Lovely clean room. I tried to change my booking online (from an accessible room which I don’t need) but was unable to do so. Caitlin at reception sorted this out with no fuss. Very little interaction with other staff but everyone seemed pleasant.

Staff were welcoming and helpful and a nice bar area. However the rooms are very dated, chipped furniture, grubby carpets and the toilet 'cupboard'. My husband couldn't even close the door when using the toilet. Lovely shower but added to a dated bathroom.

I stayed here for two nights. The rooms are a good size, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, quick access to the city centre, with plenty of pubs and restaurants just around the corner. All staff members were very friendly. I would happily stay here again!

Terrible drain smell in reception. Lifts weren’t working all the time. Room was neglected, stayed there for 2 nights, had to prompt them to clean the room and all they did was put clean towels, nothing else. Room was freezing too, had to get a heater out!? Also the hotel is hosting AS, whilst that’s great, it should be mentioned to guests before booking.
