very clean and the room is normal size like ibis hotel but there is Gym which is good. hot water is excellent and warm and nice.

출장으로 이번이 2번째 숙박이었습니다. 전반적으로 편안하고 좋은 숙소예요. 위치도 괜찮고 조식이 훌륭했습니다. 단점이 있다면 주변에 큰 건물 공사를 하고있어서 지난 2월부터 지금까지 쭈욱 아침에 공사할때 나는 소음으로 깬다는 것입니다.

Third of fourth time staying and by far the worst.
The rooms either roasting or cold.. the heating constantly creaks cause it's cooling down or heating up.. the extractor fan doesn't go off in the bathroom, smell of dampness in the actual shower and the lift doesn't work to my floor.. hairdryer in room not working, tea and coffee station not refilled. Was happy when checking out earlier than expected.

We booked a room but were upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. We were celebrating a birthday so the hotel very kindly laid on some lovely cakes for us in the room. The suite was roomy, comfortable and well appointed. A USB point would be a good edition to the room. Fresh water was supplied and despite being city centre the room was quiet.

Staff great. Room had issues and required obvious maintenance before i arrived. Sharpe exposed floor tile edges/corners Room was cold and remained cold even though high temp being called for on controller. TV had no reception, all channels pixilated. I expect it will be sorted as staff were good.

A nice hotel with friendly staff. Chdck in was quick and easy and I was given a room on the top floor with a view over the city.
The room was ok. Clean and has everything you need. Shower was hot and everything else in the bathroom was fine.
Major annoyance was tge king size bed. 2 mattresses zipped together which leaves a huge uncomfortable lump. And for such a big bed, only 2 rather flat pillows were left.
All in all, it was an ok stay but the bed really did not make it a great nights sleep.

this hotel was amazing!! i dropped off balloons for my room to be decorated for my boyfriends birthday and they did not disappoint - they even added some of their own decorations to make the room that little bit nicer! breakfast was also very good! will definitely be staying again - excellent!!
