Great value

This is my third stay here. The location is great, there is on-street parking and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus there's a good breakfast selection.

The location was excellent, parking is nearby and not expensive, our room was comfortable, and it was nice to have a full kitchen available

The whole is very tidy and doesn’t smell funny. Highly recommend

My son, Eamonn and I enjoyed the attic room and breakfast after a long day hiking the nearby castle and a very good night's sleep... The staff were so helpful, sharing pictures of what to see in the Highlands

Excellent rooms few minutes walk to town centre easy parking

Very friendly staff operating the property and messages answered very quickly which is very helpful. Check in was easy, dining and kitchen facilities are very good with some nice touches to make the stay more welcoming. was allowed to do some washing and they provided detergent etc which is super nice. Room had some issues with the chairs but replaced immediately, some aspects of the room are needing updating. My room had shared bathroom, so that can be tricky to get in when you need and water not as hot if you are last in. Overall a very good stay, centrally located, was on foot so couldn't tell you about parking.

I only stayed for one night, but very easy check in, and convenient location close to everything. Room was clean and had everything you need. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Would stay again. Thanks!!

Nice rooms, didn't realise it was a shared bathroom but it wasn't an issue. The breakfast offers a great variety of things to choose from.

Slight confusion at start as no email re accessing lock box. Owner responded promptly to query explained how to collect keys. Room had everything that we needed and further supplies hot drinks available down stairs in breakfast room. Good range of cereal, yog, pastries hot drinks toast etc.

Flott lokasjon, alt var enkelt lagt opp og ordnet man selv med enkel frokost mat- mugg på brødet så tok det andre . Trenger oppgradering på gulvteppene ( mye flekker) og når man satte seg på do smalt det vegg/gulv. Dusj må oppgraderes møkkete og gule flater/gummilister . Døren inn til badet kunne ikke lukkes helt igjen så det var glippe . For dyrt ikke verdt prisen. Hyggelig at mannen til eier hjalp med å sette bagasjen i skuret så vi slapp å ha den med oss . Skulle fått info ang trapper til 3 etg da vi hadde mye og tung bagasje- jeg er syk og nedsatt funksjonsevne.

Great room at the top of the building, the shower was really good. Breakfast was continental and a brilliant start to the day. Room was cleaned every day and wifi was great. If you have trouble with stairs ask for room 7 on the ground floor.

Property was clean and closer to the city centre. Limited breakfast option with no freshly prepared options.

there was a stain on pillow, no amenities(shampoo/conditioner), toilet was not securely bolted to floor. Couldn't contact staff as they only gave phone number and no email. Breakfast was good

Our room was very spacious, the location was very good and facilities also very good. Perhaps the only downside was our inconsiderate neighbours using the shared bathroom next to our room very noisily at all hours of the night and very early morning. Stonehaven is a wonderful hidden little gem and the nearby Dunnottar Castle was spectacular!
