Excellent services

I had a very lovely stay. Phi and her Dad Moray were very kind and accommodating. The decor was so beautiful and homely and simply felt like you were visiting your family's house. ☺️. Breakfast was continental and there was plenty of variety but please don't expect a cooked Scottish breakfast. Attic single room was very cosy and comfortable and front garden was very pretty overlooking the River Ness! Highly recommend! Thank you Phi!!

Nice little b&b a short walk from the Inverness city centre. The staff was very nice and selection at breakfast was small, but overall sufficient.

Great location. Room was small and dated. Linen and towels were not great quality. Nice continental breakfast.

The host was friendly and welcoming. Easy walk to St. Andrew’s Cathedral and Inverness Castle.

This was a very nice B&B. The location is perfect, along the river and walking distance to downtown Inverness. The hotel owners are lovely and the breakfast was good. Parking onsite and included which was nice. Our room was clean & spacious. Our bed was small (only a double and bedding was ok). Overall it is a very good 3 star b&b & would recommend if on a budget looking to stay in the heart of Inverness.

Very nice owners, clean comfortable room. Very pleasant stay. Parking is a little tight but better than being on the street for sure.

The staff was very helpful & in a wonderful location. I wanted to give the 5 stars but the place was just uncomfortable. It went beyond “quirky” because of age of home. The linens were poor quality & old/warn out. Pillows/bed hard. Almost no room to maneuver in room especially with suitcases. You’d better be a small person bc the shower is ridiculously small.

Good value for money. Centrally located and easy to walk to the local restaurants.

Die Unterkunft war schon sehr alt und die Zimmer wirklich klein. Auch war das Haus sehr hellhörig. Man konnte jede Person im Treppenhaus bestens hören. Unser Bad war leider nicht ganz so sauber. Der Duschkopf war schmutzig und in der Dusche schien Schimmel zu sein. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht super. Gibt halt Toast und weitere Fertigprodukte aus dem Supermarkt (z.B. Pancakes, Wurst, Croissants). Der Inhaber und die Angestellten waren immer sehr nett. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, aber eng und reicht nicht für alle Fahrzeuge aus.

Great location. Beautiful view of the river. Friendly and responsive host. Loved our stay.

Visit to Inverness for a couple of days before we headed to Aviemore . The room was a good size and not too far from the centre, it was lovely to stay near the river. The only complaint we had the curtains would not stay on the rail and were very light so were getting woken up really early. The footpath walking through the gate towards the b & b then paving slabs aren’t very wide and makes it difficult to get your suitcase on.

Hôte sympathique et accommodant. Superbe rue face à la rivière. Déjeuner très correct. Près de tout.

Beautiful rooms overlooking the Ness River a short walk from good shopping and dining options. The hosts were very helpful from the moment I arrived.
