Clean and tidy room. Close to the city center.

On site distillery & tap room was lovely, restaurant had great service & food. Everything was overlooking the river Ness and just beautiful. But! The Beds and pillows were just awful. So rock hard it was difficult to sleep. For such a nice place, really need to know the value of even a hallway decent mattress.

Great staff. Very clean. Plenty of space. Easy access to either side of River Ness. Really great foodbat the Waterside restaurant.

Highly recommend that if you have heavy luggage or lots of luggage to request a room on the first floor as the building has no lift.

Amazingly!!

Excellent location, minutes walk into town and beautiful views offer the River Ness. Room was big, clean and a comfy bed. We upgraded to a river view room and were on the first floor so lovely views with a sitting area. Coffee machine with selection of pods and tea in the room with shortbread sometimes provided ( 2 out of 3 days) Hand wash and shower wash provided, bring your own shampoo. Maybe bring your own hairdryer also as the one there is very tiny. Could also do with a light at the dressing table to put on makeup etc. It was a wee dark corner and if you have just used the shower, the mirror in the bathroom is all steamed up and doesn’t clear quickly even with extractor on. Staff very friendly and happy to fill up your own water bottles from the bar. Loved having the craft brewery and distillery on site, made our stay a bit quirky. Had breakfast each morning. Hot meal selection very good choice and quality ingredients used. I’m vegetarian and liked the choice available of fresh natural yoghurt, some cut fruit and seeds and brown or white toast. Also provided are some cold meat, 1 cheese, and 2 types of pastries and porridge. Fruit juices and water. Had dinner one night and again good quality food and good service. The charge for parking took us by surprise. Website not updated on that yet. £12 per day to pay for the parking at the back. Even though there was construction work taking place in the car park with diggers etc parked up we always managed to find a space.

Stayed here before had a better room this time whenever I have to come to Inverness I will stay here

Esta hermoso el hotel y el desayuno delicioso. La habitación necesita un poco más de limpieza, encontramos el baño con varios cabellos y vellos. También dl lavabo estaba sucio, tuve que limpiarlo. La cama estaba cómoda y la habitación estaba bastante amplia, un poco oscura ya que solo había una ventana que daba a otro edificio.El tour que te ofrecen le encantó a mi esposo. La zona es hermosa

Nice along the river

Brilliant stay in very comfortable and well equipped deluxe river room. Great location, ease of check in and out. On site distillery and taproom a wonderful bonus with knowledgable friendly staff and a great tour and tasting was undertaken. Brilliant location for Eden Court theatre just over the bridge. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyable stay - the layout of the hotel is great, very dog friendly. Easy parking and access to Inverness and the surrounding area. Lots of green space very nearby to explore. Service was friendly and polite - breakfast choices were good. I look forward to staying again on the future!

Super friendly staff, well located with cosy rooms. The distillery & brewery tour was superb also. Would be our go-to for any further Inverness trips

The hotel is a great place to stay,staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, our room overlooked the river and was very comfortable and warm, breakfast area was lovely overlooking the river serving a delicious breakfast, nothing too much much trouble and they were very welcoming, not our first visit too this hotel and wont be our last, Thank you very much indeed

My stay at the hotel was great. Check in and out super easy, nice rooms, great value. The bar attached to the brewery/distillery is nice and would recommend the tour which you get a discount with via your hotel stay. Very short walk into town, and you get a nice view of the bridge and mountains as you do. The rooms do transmit a bit of noise but that's to be expected in this type of property and it wasn't majorly disruptive when there was some noise. Great value stay.
