Staff were great, really friendly. Room was on the small side but we were only staying for one night so not a big deal. Could do with a black-out blind on the large bay window, but outside was quiet, apart from some other residents deciding to hold a meeting on the shared landing at 3am. Great location for SECC and OVO Hydro, fantastic restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, need bigger coffee mugs!

TV never worked properly in the room. There was a obnoxious noise every 10 seconds whilst showering and after flushing the toilet

The hotel is functional but dated, The room was warm and comfortable but on the small side. The bathrooms had a terribly noisy plumbing system & the shower had to be turned off half way through so the water didn’t overflow the shower tray. The whole hotel is dated & could do with an upgrade. Be aware breakfast has to be booked at 8pm the night before. It would have been useful to have known this at the time of booking. I was disappointed with this hotel & wouldn’t stay again. It is overpriced

My stay was fine. The weather had turned quite cold and the temperature in the room was fairly low, with no means of turning on a heater. But this was manageable.
