Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests must provide current identification proving international or residency outside of AB postcode at check-in. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching official photo identification. The mandatory damage deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link, due within 24 hours of booking. Advance payment of the damage deposit is required to check-in. On December 24 and 31, the damage deposit is GBP 500 per stay. Reception hours are 8:30 AM-7 PM on weekdays and 10:30 AM-7 PM on Saturdays.
