Great location, great hotel, great value.

Great location, friendly staff, clean comfortable, room was a little small, not much room to put suit cases.

Liked the chiller in the room .and the cleanliness of the room.

Un hôtel confortable en plein centre de Glascow. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Par contre, le service du restaurant est déplorable par contre, on peut noter que la nourriture est bonne.

Clean room, adjustable bed, friendly staff

We absolutely loved this property. It was perfectly centrally located to transportation, dining and shopping, and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Lock for the toilet didn’t work, didn’t have an additional lock for the door that made it feel unsafe and bathroom had mold

Good location but this hotel is a bit rundown and not exactly as modern as we expected. Our safe didn’t work during our stay. The cooler isn’t a fridge and we were told it only keeps things at room temp, but when you stick your hand in, it’s warm. The blinds are a nuisance as you have to manually crank them up and down to get any natural light in.

Very convenient hotel, good bar/ restaurant on the top floor. Bedrooms are small but well laid out to maximise space. Even though we were on the first floor, there was no noise from the street outside. Carpet in the room could do with being replaced/ deep cleaned. But aside from this, very happy with our stay.

Good central location, but the lights came on whenever we moved in bed. Couldn’t find a way to switch this off, so adjusted to the lights being on. Otherwise no complaints …

One thing I found quite disappointing was that, due to my early check-out, I requested a simple breakfast box with items like bread and jam. I made this request in advance on the evening of July 23rd, but the manager at YOTEL flatly refused, saying such a service is not provided. Having stayed at numerous hotels around the world, I have to say that this is the first time I’ve encountered a hotel that does not offer even a basic breakfast option for early check-out guests. I found this very surprising and not in line with the level of hospitality I would expect from an international hotel brand. Furthermore, when I checked out around 4 a.m. on July 24th, the manager on duty was noticeably indifferent. Rather than assisting guests, he seemed more interested in chatting with a colleague, which left me with an even more negative impression of the service.

Easy check in, room was spotless

Hotel was really nice. Quiet and modern. The staff were great. Friendly and helpful.

Generally well-maintained hotel, but some elements could use some small improvements. Bathroom in room had a auto-closing door, which made it to be musty, not-well ventilated. No wastebasket in bathrooms. Limited outlets at desk. Room safe not available / in working order. Otherwise, staff was pleasant / attentive.

This property is still undergoing repairs. The electric blinds in our suite were either not installed and not coordinating so 2 went up while 3 went down. Bathroom set is odd- the shower would hold a dozen people, but the toilet is not in its own space

Ett bra hotel som ligger centralt med bra avstånd till det mesta. Bra och trevlig personal. Coola rum med små skavanker.

Very good stay. Room was in immaculate condition, very clean and compact. Friendly staff and in a very good location also. Perfect place to spend a night or two.
