Fantastic hotel with amazing facilities and spectacular views! Breakfast was fantastic - one of the best breakfast buffets we have had! Has access to four different restaurants on site, which have different themes. Room service also was great when we used it. Great rooms, well decorated, all with an amzing bath area (walk-in shower for us), large smart TV, excellent wifi and a safe and fridge plus a veranda overlookimg the sea!!! Best features was the amazing pool and pool side bar which had fantastic African/Senegalese themed entertainment almost daily, but especially weekends. Also, there is a shopping mall connected to the hotel which has everything you can ask for including a grocery store, pharmacy, cinema and restaurants. The spa was also fantastic with a sauna, steam room and hydropool as well as has a well-stocked gym free for guest use. Service was fantastic. Majority of staff, especially the breakfast buffet staff (shout out to Marie Noel and Mami), Pool Bar staff (Ndongo and the waiters), the concierge (Mami) and the reception staff (Binta, Aliou, and others)...sobmany fantastic staff, inclusing thevhousekeeping, securuty and gate staff and spa staff! There were one or two staff members who were not so polite but I will not let a bad apple spoil the bunch! The area is a great location - close to a beautiful local public beach, the African Renaissance Monument, Seaview Plaza mall, large grocery stores and the African Souvenir Market park plus much more.

We had a great stay at this place. The room was outstanding with a very large amount of fruit, coffee, water available. On check out was slow and a little confusing on payments - yet the staff are really patient and understanding. Great stay.

Safe deposit box did not work. Door to the floor was broken meaning the public could access from the mall are. Would consider this hotel 4 star at the most.

I recently stayed at the Noom, formally the Radisson Hotel. The hotel accommodations were great. My only area of concern was the customer service for food. Several times when I ordered, I had to wait an extended period. However, I observed other guests arriving promptly after receiving their food. One night, it was cool as I sat outside and requested a blanket. When I ordered my food, the server did not come to check to see if I was pleased with the service. When I asked her why she didn’t check back with me about the blanket, she said she was sorry and there were no blankets. When clearly, other guests received blankets. Please emphasize to your staff the importance of customer service and how ALL guests need to be treated EQUALLY! Also, emphasize to your staff the importance of customer service and be mindful of how you treat your guests.

Hotel tem alguns problemas para merecer 5 estrelas. Hotel 4 estrelas com preço de 5 estrelas. Quarto antigo, precisa de reformas. Reservei o quarto com vista mar e me decepcionei, pois na sacada colocam britas e a vista fica restritiva. No quarto tinha até spray contra baratas!!!!

The stay was fine but not the réception was was not welcoming. Paid for my stay in December 2024 and was told I did not. Showed the receipt of hotel.com but still was not trusted. Their system was down, I can understand they cannot say that my receipt is not true. I finàlly got a room. After so much talking and waiting after a long trip from Canada. That was bad!

The stay was « ok » but the music at the pool was stopped at midnight ! It’s way too late. And very loud. Also I had to change room 3 times to get one that doesn’t smell bad and well equipped.

Shouldn’t really be a 4 or 5 star. The property used to be new. There’s no air conditioning in the public areas or entrance to the hotel. The carpet was smelling moldy. They said it was the heat mixed with wet carpet

Bonjour , tout d'abord en arrivant aucun acceuil , tout juste de la place sur le parking.Apreson a essaye de nous anrquer en nous donnant une premiere chambre simple, puis une deuxieme avec terrasse ,et apres contestation, nous avons eu notre chambre reserve.Les transats de piscine sonten tres mauvais etat et meme craquer.Les serviettes de bain piscine sont trouees.Du jamais vue pour un 5 etoiles, qui prefere faire des serimaires que s'occuper des clients. A ne pas conseiller

Personnel au petits soins , bienveillant, souriant. J’ai été contraint de changer de chambre , payer un supplément vue mer pour se retrouver face au restaurant, bof! Deuxième chambre avec vue top par contre GROS bémol car donnant sur le bar et la musique tous les soir jusqu’à minuit … durant une semaine c’est trop . Je ne parle même pas de la « discothèque » qui fait trembler les vitres le samedi soir . Doliprane de rigueur. Dommage, mais changer 3 fois de chambre en une semaine aurait été de trop à mon goût . Conclusion, attention ou se trouve la chambre !
