İst innerhalb der Stadt leider nur begrenzte Parkplätze im Innenhof

Nice apartment! Renovated with nice big balcony and nice furnitures. Very slippery in the shower. Could have more pots and pans in the kitchen. Also missing a kitchen towel. Also some outside furnitures on the balcony would be nice. The beds were pretty firm but slept well anyway. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Our recent stay proved to be highly satisfactory. Despite our late arrival, which was caused by traffic delays, the reception staff accommodated us seamlessly. We appreciated the availability of parking facilities. The room was appropriately prepared to accommodate all guests. Overall, we enjoyed a pleasant experience and would recommend this establishment.

C'est la deuxième fois que je réserve dans cet hôtel de passage pour aller en Turquie, une première fois en 2018 et puis cet été. Personnel souriant agréable, les chambres sont très spacieuse et propre. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Supervriendelijk personeel, extra nacht geboekt. Ruime kamer en alle benodigde faciliteiten.

Otel çok temiz ve merkezi konumdaydı. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü.

While waiting to go inside the secured parking at the hotel that we have paid 20e, city of Belgrade used “Oko Sokolovo” and fined us 3000 dinars for no reason. For 2 minutes while we were waiting for the parking gate to open. We were flying back to Australia next day and I was very upset how Belgrade functioning and how is everything falling apart. City is dirty and in terrible condition under the current local/ federal government

Hotel was great and was priced good. Remarks: The beds make a lot squeaky noise when you move. It wasn't bothering for us, but it could be for more sound sensitive guests.The hotel should take a look at this. Also the shower head was in a bad shape, so the water splashes all over the place in the shower. This is an easy fix, just change the showerhead. The parking space is small, but they do have it so this is positive. We also did not have problems finding street parking. Nice hotel - Good deal

I booked a room on Orbitz.com and when I arrived the gentleman at reception "Nikole" informed me there was no reservation and he had never heard of Orbitz in the 4 years he worked there and they don't rent rooms on Orbitz.com. I showed him the reservation sent to me from Orbitz and he still didn't believe me. I pulled up Orbitz on Wikipedia to show him. He finally found the reservation and charged me for 3 additional people but when we got to the room there were only 2 pillows and 1 blanket. They were also rude at checkout.

totally new modern apartment, way to stay couple of weeks in Belgrade

Personal miserable, uneinsichtig, unfreundlich, überheblich und verdreht gerne die Tatsachen. Schuldzuweisung auf anderen Kollegen, die zum Zeitpunkt nicht anwesend sind. trotz einer schriftlichen Parkplatz Reservierung wurde kein Platz gewährt. Auf die Nachfrage wo man parken soll, wurden wir beinhart angelogen, dass man auf der Straße vor dem Hotel gratis parken kann. Tatsächlich ist dies eine Kurzparkzone für maximal 3 Stunden Parkdauer. Zum Glück beherrschten wir die Sprache, sonst hätten wir eine böse Überraschung erleben müssen. Erst durch unser Hartnäckigkeit und Aufforderung auf ein Gespräch mit dem/der Direktor/in, das gar nicht zustande kam, wurde uns der Parkplatz gegeben. Jedoch mussten wir uns täglich Diskussionen aussetzen! keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, von vier Tagen Aufenthalt wurde nur einmal gereinigt. Obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht haben, wurden nur 2 Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, erst auf Nachfrage wurde zwei weitere herausgegeben, mit dem Hinweis das die Wäscherei an Feiertagen nicht arbeitet! Täglich bekamen wir mit, dass auch andere Gäste, im Bezug einer falsch Reservierung oder falschen Aussage durch das Personal betroffen waren, sowohl betreffend Zimmer als auch Parkplatz. Diskussionen ohne Ende !!! Scheinbar ist diese Art der nicht Organisation Gang und gäbe! Das Hotel selbst war ok, liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, in der Umgebung gibt es diverse Verpflegungsmögluchkeiten.

À notre arrivée nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à garer notre voiture car le parking est extrêmement exigu. On nous a même proposé de nous garer un peu plus loin tant l’accès est compliqué, malgré que la place soit facturée 15 € ! La chambre est correcte de prime abord, mais ils n’ont pas respecté le fait qu’on voulait un lit double, deux lits simples et une banquette lit. De plus, il n’y avait que quatre chaises, 2 couteaux, 3 fourchettes, 1 verre d’eau, 4 sachets de thé… aucune cohérence pour accueillir une famille de cinq personnes. Nous étions dans la chambre 401 : La douche ne fermait pas et la lunette des toilettes était de travers… L’hôtel est situé à plus à +/-1 heure de la forteresse alors qu’on nous avait dit à la réception que ça prendrait 30 minutes. Le petit déjeuner est livré en chambre dans des boîtes en polystyrène. Compliqué de le manger quand il manque des couverts et une chaise. Le pompon a été atteint au check out où l’employée nous a demandé si nous avions consommé au minibar. Nous avons déclaré une grande bouteille d’eau, à 2,50 euros ! Mais dans les minutes qui suivent, elle nous a aussi demandé de payer quatre petites bouteilles d’eau pétillantes qui n’ont jamais été présentes… Elle m’a demandé de monter avec elle pour les chercher dans la chambre… scandaleux et inadmissible de faire passer le client pour un voleur. Nous sommes vite repartis le lendemain après de difficiles manœuvres pour sortir la voiture.

The concept is fantastic, and we had a great stay two years ago, when the hotel first opened. This time, the staff seemed checked out. Receptionists were friendly but did not do anything to go above and beyond. Maid service missed our room completely one day, and only added towels without straightening up on another day. Parking on-site is a really tight squeeze. We gave up on the catered breakfast after just one meal - the quality was not there. Price and location are great, if you can put up with mediocrity in certain areas.

The property was very clean, and in excellent condition. The room was large, with a kitchen. It was centrally located, though in a side street, where it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a super good stay at Hotel Prime. Clean, safe lock on the door, good furniture with a very comfy big bed and very good service!
