It’s Good for a short periods, the Beach is vert close.

Beautiful place and absolutely amazing with sunset from the balcony. Eunice was very helpful and professional. The room was large and everything worked well. Yes, it is steep up to the house, but the view is unbeatable. Either way, take a taxi or rent a car from Eunice. The property also has a nice swimming pool which we used after a long day at the beach. Some nice beaches within walking distance, and not least a short drive to Beau Vallon by car or taxi. Short walk to a grocery store is also convenient. The breakfast could have som improvement but it’s not bad. Highly recommend this place.

Appartamento con tutti i confort. Terrazzo con vista meravigliosa sullo splendido mare di Mahè. Piscina aperta fino alle 10.00 pm Vicino una spiaggia stupenda, fortunatamente poco conosciuta. Vicino anche alle fermate dei bus che portano sia a Victoria che a nord Mahè. Ottima attenzione al cliente da parte di tutti i dipendenti. Migliorabile la colazione. L'unico aspetto negativo per chi come noi non ha affittato un'auto è la ripida salita che conduce all'hotel.

The room and property have an incredible ocean view and in excellent condition. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable with fast wi-fi even with full kitchen, a laundry machine but no dryer. It is in a very quiet neighborhood on a steep hill. Make sure using the lowest gear to drive all the way to the top. There are a lot to do nearby including beautiful beaches and grill place and short distance to Victoria. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic view from the balcony, helpful host and a warm welcome, the driveway was not for a nervous person, extremely steep and the Hyudani I10 was struggeling. Nice hotel room.

Brian and Beryll have a great deal lined up for their guests at this spot. Friendly, well situated location, and fair priced accommodation. As long as you communicate with them what you want to get out of your experience you won’t be disappointed!

Zeer ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien: keuken, keukengerei, grote koelkast, groot terras met uitzicht. Winkeltje en klein strandje op 200 m, Beau Vallon Beach is 45 minuten lopen.

Der freundliche und herzliche Empfang der beiden Besitzer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war top, super sauber, bequemes Bett und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war auch gut, man konnte immer am Vortrag auswählen, was man möchte. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen und weiterempfehlen!

Stayed 7 nights in Executive Deluxe double room. Staff and a manager were very kind and caring. The owners Brian and Beryl arranged a return taxi from/to airport, car hire for a duration of our stay and a dinner on our arrival. We've been feeling in the hotel like to be at home. We've received a lot of useful information and good advices. Excelent hotel. Highly recomend to stay in this hotel.

Fint läge uppför en brant backe. Stränder inom gångavstånd + supermarket. Trevlig personal som lät oss ha rummet kvar då vi hade sen flygtid. Åt en mysig middag på hotellet.

Très bon séjour, Brian est serviable, ainsi que son employé. Déjeuner copieux mais toujours le même choix, il faudrait peut être varier les yaourts, le jus ou proposer des croissants, pain au chocolat. La pente pour monter à la résidence est très raide et difficile si vous êtes à pied. Il vaut mieux louer une voiture, Brian en loue ! Il y a des petits supermarchés à côté pour faire quelque courses, et quelques restaurants et takeaway pas loin. Il y a quand meme des arrêts de bus à proximité, de belles plages où on est quasi tout seul à proximité et la plage de Beau Vallon à 45 min à pied, ou 10 min en bus ou en auto stop. La vue sur l’océan est magnifique depuis le balcon. On peut manger sur place de délicieux plats de poissons mais le tarif est un peu cher. Néanmoins nous recommandons cet hébergement à tout couple étant en lune de miel, car c’est très calme.

Mi ha colpito la cordialità e generosità dei proprietari e del personale.La struttura, dotata di ogni confort, ha un panorama mozzafiato.Colazione ottima.Spero di poterci tornare.

The property is on top of a hill. You wakeup to sunrise and the view of the ocean. Brian was exceptional. His hospitality was above expectation. I felt like I was at my nice uncle's villa.

With my wife and a my baby we tried for the first time a gesthouse and it was very good experience. Very good place, very good services and freindly owner. I recommand this place.
