Vi havde en fantastisk tid på vores vores ophold. Vores vært Hazel var ekstremt sød, gæstfri og informerende. Vi følte os trygge og i de bedste hænder og så er området og faciliteterne helt fantastiske. Vi kommer glædeligt igen. Knus fra Seline & William ( par fra dk)

Hazel and her staff were extremely kind and efficient. Their attention to details was very much appreciated. The bungalows are large and very well equipped. The property offers free to use gas BBQs, which allowed us to grill our fish, which we bought at the locat fishmarket every day. We cannot but recommend this place! We tried to find one point to improve, but nothing came to our mind! Well done Heliconia Grove, we will surely come back!

Everything Perfect!

Great stay at Heliconia! Very welcoming and great atmosphere. Little villas are very comfortable and right on the beach (not the best one of the island due to sandflies but nice!), but the private pool is a plus! We preferred to drive 20min to Anse Lazio which is the best beach and has all commodities for children. About 10min walk from the village (no sidewalk) where you find all you need and various restaurants. Otherwise, you can use the kitchen in your villa or bbq outside.

The location is perfect, right on the white sandy beach. Being in the main village, we loved that the best restaurants on the island were near by so we could walk. The property provides sunbeds so absolutely perfect for a lazy day at the beach. Special thanks to Hazel who was really kind and helpful with everything.

Our stay at the Heliconia Grove was simply wonderful. Maryvonne is a fantastic and welcoming host, very helpful in terms of providing information to help you make the most of your stay. For example, she arranged for a boat day-tour for us and told us all about how get around the island, rent bikes, get to Vallee de Mai and Anse Lazio, where to eat, etc. Her staff was also exceedingly pleasant and extraordinarily helpful. The location is amazing and the property/grounds are in outstanding condition. There are kayaks and beach chairs for your use, as well as an outdoor grill if you go fishing (or just buy some delicious fish from the local folks just a short walk away). Also each unit has a freshwater hose to wash off sand/saltwater and small pool that is perfect before/after the beach. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. My only regret is we did not stay longer.

Merveilleux endroit à 2 pas d'une des plus belle et paisible plage de l'île, 8 chalets à l'architecture locale, tout en bois, très bien décorés, literie et douche de qualité, adorable terrasse avec jaccuzzi. A noter que la plupart des hôtels sont de l'autre côté de la route alors que celui ci dispose d'un accès direct à la plage. L'ensemble est géré par Maryvonne, divine, gentille et très attentionnée. La meilleure hôte ! Elle est accompagnée d'Hazel, tout aussi souriante. La villa a été préparée pour notre bébé (chaise haute, barrière piscine, lit bébé). Une grande attention nous a été portée tout au long du séjour. Kayak et barbecue à disposition gratuitement. L'île est sublime et nous recommandons Anse Lazio, Anse Georgette, le snorkeling autour de Félicité, Coco, Grande soeur et une escale à curieuse et évidemment La digue. En revanche, évitez absolument les excursions bateaux via Holiday charter qui manque totalement à leurs obligations de sécurité, n'hésitant pas à maintenir les sorties par tempête. Nous avons risqué nos vies à cause de cette agence.

Stayed in Heliconia for 6 nights. Great place, friendly staff who always are there for yu and help you book your excursions! Great value for moneyand near to restaurants and supermarkets (just a short walk!).

Hazel in customer service was amazing. She was responsive, helpful, kind and caring. She made us feel very welcome. The property itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, a beautiful beach at your feet with shops and restraunts nearby. I would love to return one day! Thank you Heliconia!

Bel emplacement, près des commerces et de la plage mais un bémol, la route étant juste derrière il y a du bruit jour et nuit (beaucoup de circulation pour une petite île )

Enjoyed the room - large and comfortable. Very helpful staff! Not sure it's best value for money, but enjoyed our stay. The grounds are nicer in person than the website pictures led us to expect.
