켐핀스키 세이셸 리조트

시설도 좋고 레스토랑 종류도 많아서 좋았습니다. 수영장이나 비치관리도 잘 되어있고 청결해요! 그래서 다음엔 켐핀스키에 방문하여 길게 투숙할 예정입니다. 그러나 다른 관광지와 거리가 있는 건 약간 아쉽습니다.

Hotel workers on the beach was so unkind that he called me just by hand sign. It was very unpleasant experience. Hotel has great facilities, but service is bad.

객실은 아주 쾌적했습니다. 습도조절도 잘되고 온도조절도 용이하고 빠른 객실 청소도 좋았습니다. 다만 수영장이 작고 조식부페 음식은 최상이 아니엇습니다. 해변은 파도가 좀 세지만 시간대에따라 즐길수있습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다

생각했던것보다 괜찮았습니다. 다만 직원수가 적은듯하여, 응대가 다소 늦는다는점이 약간 아쉬웠습니다.

Room service was terrible had to ask several times to have the room cleaned there was no turn down done it's a bizarre for a 5 star hotel Service at the beach restaurant was beyond slow the sea food platter was amazing. Can't forget to mention Fred his service was excellent and the bar and breakfast restaurant as well as kartchik from the le petit restaurant they made the stay great

Very nice

Wir kamen sehr früh (ca. 07:30 Uhr) im Hotel an, leider war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig, dafür gab es einen Raum, wo man sich dusch und umziehen konnte. Wir mussten bis knapp vor 15:00 Uhr auf unser Zimmer warten. An diesem Tag haben wir im Hotel Mittag gegessen, die Qualität der Pizzen war jedenfalls keine 28 € pro Pizza ! Wert, wir haben dann nicht mehr im Hotel gegessen. Ein Großteil des Personals gibt einem leider das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein, kaum einer grüßt oder lächelt. Wir wollten an der Rezeption eine dritte Handtuchkarte haben, diese wurde uns nach vehementem Nachfragen, wozu wir diese brauchen und internen Gesprächen auf deren Sprache, eher wiederwillig ausgehändigt. Im Zimmer hatten wir eines Tages eine Kakerlake, als wir das an der Rezeption meldeten, kam kein "tut uns leid" etc., es wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass dies normal sei und dass das Zimmer am nächsten Tag ausgeräuchert wird. Wir hatten bei Anreise einen Obstkorb im Zimmer stehen, von welchem wir nur wenig gegessen haben. Nach dem 3-4 Tag haben die Erdbeeren bereits zum schimmeln anfangen, haben wir dies an der Rezeption gemeldet, dass der Obstkorb aus dem Zimmer gebracht werden kann. Da bekamen wir nur die seltsame Antwort: "wollen Sie kein Obst??!!" - der Obstkorb stand bis zu unserer Abreise im Zimmer. Vogelkot hatten wir auch vor unserer Zimmertüre, dies wurde auch während unserem Aufenthalt nicht weggeputzt. Für uns: Kempinski = wie gewollt aber nicht gekonnt.

Lovely and welcome hotel with all the amenities a young family needs. Only dining options were limited.

Excellent hôtel, je recommande fortement. La piscine est incroyable. La plage est incroyable. Le service est incroyable. Vous êtes accompagné du début à la fin avec des petits cadeaux qui vous attendent dans votre chambre d’hôtel. Nous avons passé une lune de miel, magnifique.

We enjoyed our 12 night stay here at Kempinski. The rooms were clean and our twin boys loved the shower. We mainly had our meals in the resort as there aren't a lot restaurants nearby. Only Maria's was within walking distance for us. We visited the nearby Cap Lazare Nature Reserve which was a 15 min walk away. We booked two excursions with Marie-Yvonne from Creole Travel. One to Moyenne Island and the other to La Digue. Both great day trips. Overall we had relaxing time but preferred if the temperature was warmer. The day time temperature was around 25C but windy at times and we found the water temp was a bit on the cold side for our liking. Finally shout outs to Karthick at Cafe Lazare. Danesh, Babrha, Ofti & Lokti at Winsong, Shana at the kids club, the life guards who removed the sea urchin spines from my foot and also the ever cheerful Samir Ibraimovski.

The location, beach and hotel premises are excellent. Hotel rooms are just average - not 5-star quality rooms. Service was generally good. Our car’s battery died on the departure day. I asked the rental company on the hotel premises to help jump start my car battery. The individual told me that I should have rented from them and that I should call Hertz for help. He even said this is all my fault and he didn’t have to help. The guy was rude and obnoxious. I was shocked that Kempinski would allow such agency and personnel to operate from their property. With that said, the hotel’s maintenance and security staff were very helpful and found another car nearby to jump the battery.

Very few food options. So difficult to have more than a couple of meals. Also breakfast remains same all days. The suite bed room has very small windows. Disappointing to miss the wonderful view of the sea when in bed.

I have just loved my stay here. The staff are superb, Yulia at the desk for Lady in Red, Adel at Windsong restaurant, thank you for your attention and service, I felt looked after when they were on duty. The views are stunning in this place, the property is huge, which gives the chance to walk around without getting bored. I have traveled alone for leisure, I can say I have felt safe, with small little hiccups here and there. Below a constructive feedback, which will also help to improve: The room requires some attention, especially the shower. The curtains by the bed needs to be changed/cleaned, the sofa needs some cleaning too. The pillows are too soft for my preference, I have asked to exchange however I received the same kind, I have been told by the housekeeper that are all the same. For a 5 * you expect almost perfection, if not perfection in all the areas. On my last day, they came for my bags at 5am, perhaps was a miscommunication, i was just departing at 1pm, the man apologised for mistake. A little suggestion on this, perhaps a day before guests departing, will be good a courtesy call or when you see them around, to find out their departure time, or if they need a transfer arranged, this will give an even more personal touch. This place is just tranquil, they have activities daily, unfortunately I have been able to do only the walk to the mount Kempinski, as I had others planned outside, the guide was knowledgeable. Overall I have enjoyed my stay here. ❤️

Amazing stay.

Das Hotel selber mit dem Service ist wirklich wunderbar. Die Ladys in Red dürfen nicht fehlen. Sie haben uns bereits auf Soma Bay in Ägypten, in Dubai und im Oman immer gut beraten. Die Lagune und der Strand ist einfach Wow. In der Lagune und auf dem Yogaberg müsste besser geschaut werden, dass kein Abfall herumliegt. Das hat mich gestört und wäre eine kleine Sache, dies besser zu pflegen. Insgesamt aber einen schönen Ausklang unserer 14 tägigen Seychellen Ferien. 3 Nächte im Kempinski waren sehr erholsam.

Kempinski Seychelles Resort is a serene, upscale retreat with excellent service and spacious rooms, though small lizards occasionally appear from the A/C vents (a tropical island kinda expected), and the beach bay while scenic, it is rocky, full of seaweed, and too rough for swimming most days, especially during the windy season starting late May, over our 6-day stay, we only managed two swims.

The experience was phenomenal, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — from the Red in Red team, servers, cleaners, to the lifeguards. The place was spotless, and all amenities were easily accessible.
