Fantastiskt boende med enastående utsikt ! Så värt boende med utsikt. Hotellägarinnan var en riktigt powerladie och så himla trevlig. Vi kände oss välkomna från första stund och de gjorde verkligen det där lilla extra. Det enda vi kan ”klaga på” var att det var fläkt och det blev rätt varmt på natten. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta fantastiska boende vidare. Bra att veta att det är en rejäl backe att upp till hotellet så det krävs pigga ben ;)

No air conditioning in the room and limited internet access. Otherwise the perfect stay. Fantastic view.

Lovely wooden chalets with the best views! Lesley gave us some great tips and was very helpful with finding us a car to rent. It’s a basic and rustic place but that’s just how we like it!

Breathtaking View!!! PERIOD. The property is nice but my one piece of advice is to rent a car because going up and down the hill was not fun. We were only there for 2 nights and local car rental places dont like short term rentals.

Lieu tres sympa, les chalets sont super. Vue exceptionnelle! Ca monte veaucoup pour y aller mais possibilité de se faire remonter gratuitement le soir par un resto au moins.

Dans les hauteurs de Côte d’Or, les chalets sont bien sympathiques ! Tout comme Lesley, la maîtresse des lieux... qui est de très bon conseils pour visiter l’île. La vue est magnifique, sur la mer turquoise et les îles avoisinantes. En point d’amélioration, la propreté, notamment de la cuisine. Juste un bémol, on entend la musique du Café des Arts, qui a mené la danse jusqu’au bout de la nuit (bon c’était la semaine autour du nouvel An) ! Dommage car le site se prête bien au calme et au ressourcement.

Underbart ställe, rent och snyggt. Vi övernattade tre nätter i oktober och Lesley som äger stället var väldigt behjälplig med service och transporter. Det kan varmt rekommenderas!

The hotel was located on a hill overlooking the beach.; the view was beautiful. However the room was not clean and lot of flies around. If you are not "pet" friendly person would not like the place with lots of dogs and cats wandering around. The upkeep of the facility has lot to be desired. The location might be an hindrance for some people as getting to the lodge is not possible without vehicle as the climb is steep. The owner was helpful as she provides free pick up from the base back to the hotel. Based on the reviews earlier, I expected a bit more .

We stayed the first 5 days of June and had a wonderfull holiday! We had the Chalet no 8 and it was great! An wonderfull view of anse Volbert! Very good ratio quality/price! Very clean ! Be aware - it is an open space; even the rooms/appartments have horizontal spaces in the doors. We had no incident- we used a bed moschito net (on request), burned some spirals against mosquitos provided, had some non-agressive visitors - small lizards, a big hairy spider inside the net... We liked to be in the middle of forest, to listen the birds and the sea waves, to have breakfast on the own terrace with a fabulous view! Do not be affraid about the road - we do not go up once - the owners can help you, even the locals are very kind to help you,, the rest La Pirogue has a free transport after dinner ( very good food). We booked some very god excursions with Sagitarius - we recommend! Anse Volbert has a clean and beautiful beach, sea was incredible - turqoise, warm, cristal clear! The sand- white and vey fine, like flour! Definitelly, we will return sometimes!

we had to find an another hotel because the Mango Lodge facilities were far to be comfortable. Even if we didn't stay we had to pay half of the full amount. Disaster

Très joli chalet avec terrasse et vue superbe sur l'océan. Beaucoup de charme et quelques moustiques le soir. En hauteur sur anse Volbert, mieux vaut disposer d'un véhicule, très utile aussi pour se balader dans le différents sites de Praslin. L’hôtel dispose d'une petite plage où les clients peuvent utiliser gratuitement des transats et des kayaks, et organise des circuits en mer à des prix corrects.

Hotel maravilhoso pelo tratamento , a vista, café da manhã... porém não tem ar condicionado, é o acesso só é mais fácil pra quem alugou carro, porque o morro até chegar lá é grande. Mas vale a pena.
