The host applies surcharges for the payment by credit card which is illegal in Seychelles. Then he initially given me a different room, downgraded, the day after and only followed my complaints, he changed my room to the one I booked and paid for. Regrettably he didn't want to reimburse me for the different fare. Finally, the noise coming from the neighbours by roosters, dogs and cars for almost all the night long is not acceptable. This is the reason why the host provided the earplugs. But, is it possible to wear earplugs all the time? I read other reviews saying that breakfast was fantastic... I don't know what experience these people have, in our case the breakfast was very much limited in quantity, just 2 small pieces of fruits and small pieces of cheese and ham

Amazing stay.

Hotellet ligger bra - nära till restauranger, stranden och busshållplatsen. Poolen är skön att svalka sig i på kvällen. Fin utsikt från balkongen. Lite hård säng. Trevlig personal. Frukosten ok men lite trist med exakt samma i 4 dagar.

This is a lovely hotel, would recommend to anyone going to Mahe. The room was big and clean with a great sea view. And the balcony view was amazing! If you’d like, the hotel will make you dinner on the balcony, which I highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The view was great and the pool very nice to enjoy after a hot day at the beach Very well located. The owners and helpers were very nice and helpful.

Magisk värd i ett perfekt boende

Super chambre avec pièce pour les valises et frigo. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse vue mer. Possibilité de réserver le matin un repas sur place le soir : super service. À 3 minutes à pied de la plage de Beau Vallon et ses restaurants. Nicole et Paolo sont très agréables et serviables (ils parlent même Français ). La piscine est parfaite. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Alice a été geniale en tout 😃 La chambre est petite et malheureusement il n'y a pas.d'ombre sur la splendide terrasse, ni autour de la piscine et à cette chaleur ça serait plus qu'apprecie.

Booked a sea view room only to be told that in “marketing we showcase one room but you might get another”. Left disappointed by black mould in the shower, and perplexed owners who offered no compensation and then called the police on me for complaining and refusing to settle EUR40 in response to this. Other guests complained about not being given enough towels and being asked to pay in cash. Seychelles has been hardly hit by post Covid lack of tourism, and we felt it at this property. Breakfast was a simple affair with limited amounts but good enough. Costs in the Seychelles are high so don’t expect this to be at the same level of a EUR 180-200 property in Europe etc. Upon arrival, not even an offer to take a seat - “welcome drink” thrust into my hand whilst still standing and payment promptly taken. Bizarre check in experience. Host is prompt on replying to messages so comms good. Great location. And otherwise is a lovely property run by a family with an otherwise good reputation on the island. The driver they arranged Robin was amazing - call him for a day tour around the island.

The property owners are super sweet, so friendly, very attentive, very welcoming and accommodating. The villa has an amazing sunset view and quick walking distance from the beach and good food and drinks. Great Beau Vallon choice. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Die Pension ist fußläufig vom wunderschönen Strand Beau Vallon entfernt, an dem man wunderbar baden und schnorcheln kann. Die Pension hat eine tolle Terasse mit fantastischem Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, nur die Badmöbel könnten mal aufgefrischt werden. Nicole und ihr Mann sowie die Angestellte machen einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich und geben viele Tipps. Das angebotene Abendessen ist wirklich schmackhaft und auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

A lovely guest house with only 5 rooms upstairs of the owner's home. Great welcome and many great advices to organize your stay. The terrace is wonderful to admire the sunset and having breakfast and dinner. Villa Roscia is just 5' walk from Beau Vallon beach and close to many restaurants, a perfect location !

Väldigt vänligt välkomnande och fint boende med fantastisk utsikt över Beau Vallon bukten. Bara nån minuts promenad till en fin sandstrand med härliga vågor. Vi var där i februari 2023. Rekommenderas varmt!

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft. Die Inhaber sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit. Da wir eine späte Abreise hatten , stellte uns die Chefin ein Tageszimmer zu Verfügung. Ganz besonders möchte ich das Abendessen Hervorheben. Alice ist wirklich eine ganz hervorragende Köchin. Alle Gerichte die Sie zubereitet hatte waren exzellent , vor allem bekommt man hier den besten Fisch auf der ganzen Insel. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden hier.

Eine sehr schönes Haus, der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer wunderbar! Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, sauber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Fragen und Anliegen wurden von Nicole und Paolo immer hilfreich beantwortet. Zweimal dort Abend gegessen, beide Male sehr gut!! Die Lage toll, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und ebenso wir zur Bushaltestelle..... Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Ich komme demnächst wieder!

Very nice hosts and beautiful locations.

Hotel has a wonderful view of the bay and Silhouette Island from the veranda. Many different birds, and what I took to be a small vulture was in fact a fruit bat. Wonderful food, and friendly service from all 3 of the principals. A peaceful and restful place 2 blocks from the beach.

Underbart litet familjehotell. Familjen bor på nedervåningen och 5 fina hotellrum hyrs ut på övervåningen. Vi hyrde rummet med ocean view och det rekommenderas starkt så man har balkong med utsikt mot havet. Jättegod frukost. Yoghurt, flingor, rostat bröd, frukt, ägg i valfri form (omelett, äggröra mm..), juice och suveränt kaffe. Hotellet ligger strax ovanför stranden. En kort brant backe upp bara.
