위치도 좋고 방도 넓고 만족스럽습니당 체크인 할때 직원의 서비스태도 말고는 전부 만족해요!!!

Our room on the 7th floor was surrounded with a garden with trees and a sofa. The garden was not accessible for safety reasons but it certainly added to the relaxed atmosphere. The microwave worked well. The bathroom was large and well appointed, though the electronic detectors meant that access was not always straightforward, and the toilet either didn't flush at all or flushed for far too long.

Perfect stay, very clean and well maintained hotel at a nice location. The view from the room is great, and all amenities work well. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Singapore, and will definitely book this again for future travel.

This hotel offers the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and comfort at an affordable price. The location is ideal, with a bus stop to all major attractions just a stone’s throw away from the hotel entrance. The spacious rooms are equipped with laundry facilities on the 6th floor, and some apartments even have their own washer and dryers. The TVs are top-notch, as this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that offers Sony TVs with picture-perfect 4K quality. In addition to the great rooms, the hotel boasts a convenient convenience store on the first floor, as well as numerous restaurants, hawker centers, and fun bars nearby. I’ve stayed at two other hotels in Orchard and by the river, but this one was hands down the best. The staff is friendly and attentive, and Josephine, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is my top pick, and I’ll definitely be back!

In one hand they tried to show you the communicate with you in the other hand took hours to answer .. the room was on the 9th floor but very noisey couldn’t sleep for 2 nights.. they did offer to change a room but it was too late as we were checking out. The room was clean and bed very comfy . But could do better with person warm hospitality which was lacking. Won’t stay again. As for the same price can get better service. Thanks

Lovely apartment with a decent pool ,sometimes all by yourself.

Pros: friendly staff trying their best to accommodate. Cons: terrible air conditioning. Bedroom a/c blew warm air. Maintenance cleaned it - zero improvement. We were offered another room but would have to repack & move 6 pieces of luggage. Here's a thought... since the property is in Singapore, one of the warmest country's on the planet, how about making sure the a/c's are in good working order.

Reception is not on main floor, and no indication that on 6th floor. Not until someone told me it was on 6th floor.

Very conveniently located and next to a wonderful market for local food and fresh produce. The hotel room is fully equipped with Washing Machine, Fridge and Kitchen. I really loved staying here comfortably. It's like a perfect apartment and near Novena MRT.

Fantastic stay! Spacious room and so comfortable. Enjoyed having a well stocked kitchenette and in room laundry! Location was excellent with a bud stop right out the front door!

Very nice hotel. Very convenient. There’s convinient store inside the building. Also, there’s a kids play area which was very useful while waiting for a ride. Location is a distant away from the shopping district. But, for those who prefers a quite and doesn’t mind hailing a ride most of the time, this hotel is very well located.

We liked the layout of our room and cleanliness. Nice pool for the afternoon/evening rest. Also liked the location (bus stop just in front of the hotel) and food market is just few minutes walk, small grocery shop in the building. Check-in kiosk is in the ground floor but there is also check-in desk at the lobby/swimming pool floor.

This property was pretty nice. Updated facilities. The room was small but cozy. I didn’t like the fact that there was no room service or restaurant in the hotel. There is a 24 hour convenient store downstairs so that made it a little better. The staff was friendly and helpful.
