Diamond Hotel Singapore

The room cleanliness is moderate; The bathroom was a little bit dirty and got foul smell from the drainage. The Air Conditioning and wi-fi were good.

The receptionist is not very friendly. He didn't give us the room orientation. The charger connector didn't work, I asked him to replace it with another one but he refused strictly. The room also doesn't smell good.

Quá tệ, không thể chấp nhận: nệm bị hư: Không nằm được, của toliet bị hư, nước suối chỉ có 2 ly nhỏ xíu :200ml. Quá thất vọng. Mong không ai bị như tôi nữa.

Pelayanannya tidak ramah dan tidak susah.

poor facilities... wrecked aircon, damaged faucet, tv only airing singaporean tv shows, not for tourist who don't understand their language..

Front desk not nice, the fat gay one really threat guest so bad, maybe his the owner of hotel, well I don't care, i pay anyway and threat me well but he so rude, I swear the god, this hotel its creepy, nothing tissue toilet, towel like already use before even the blanket and sheet of the bed, already using before and they didn't change it, room was so dark and too small, the picture not like the real one, its better stay in hostel then this hotel ,maybe people who stay here only for shortime like 1hour, but anyway I am just holiday, anyway with the price, I can still get better room and price around Geylang area

The room is okay. The place is good. Except there is no wifi in the lobby. The wifi is accessible only at the room floor.

Sudah seding dimari nyaman, hanya saja menginap yang terakhir remote AC tiada jadi dinginnya minta ampun, air toilet rusak, pintu toilet rusak😂, tapi masih oke lah.

It's clean, cheap, adequate facilities. They provide amenities and towels, also mineral bottles. Refill water provided near receptionist. 24 hours receptionist. Near public transportations and local food. It's a good option for you looking for a hotel to stay for a short time. Clean toilet.

Pelayanannya sangat tidak ramah. Tidak ada remote AC. tidak ada kettle. Shower kamar mandi rusak. Hotel lama yang sangat tidak dianjurkan.

Pihak hotel tidak memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan, kamar tidak sesuai yang di foto.

Khach sạn sạch giâ tốt tuy nhiên ở vị trí nhạy cảm, nên đi đường có hơi e ngai. Nếu nữ thì nên lưu ý khi lựa chọn khách sạn này

we stayed for 3 days and never clean or make up our room.. it is very bad.. I'm sure never come back anymore.. 👎👎👎

Lokasi lumayan jauh dari stasiun MRT. Hotel tua jadi kamar kurang menyenangkan dan sempit. Barang-barang sudah tua. Tempat duduk pispot berjamur. Shower mandi rusak.

Goood condition for clean N comfort to stay.
