Room not clean, No HK cleaning the room event the rubbis never pick up. Never change the sheets event stay for 4nighta.

I don't really like the receptionist mostly is not there. So I have difficulties to check in. They don't even know which room to get. And the room is not properly cleaned. No towel for 1 whole day. Not so close with the MRT station too. So overpriced and not worth it! My bedsheet have holes in it. The carpet is dirty. Wifi is sucks. Just don't stay here!

The housekeeping girl took my wine bottle and we lost our clothes and many things more 2 floors bed bed also not good it was just mattress only can't sleep whole night. I asked to receptionist she said sorry.

Requested for early check in, hotel didn't reply, called many times, didn't want to pick up, wanted to check in two hours earlier, was told to pay an extra $ 30, quality of room is also very bad. Toilet leaking, cleanliness is the worst I ever seen.

Can this hotel even allowed to operate? It is horrendous. Upon arrival for check-in, the aircon of the lobby was not working and cleanliness certainly was a red flag. The reception was saying she wanted to leave already because we check in so late. We gone through the weirdest lift with advise to continuously press the level button manually to operate. The lady at reception brought us to our room. She wore her shoes and stepped inside our room and walked around the floor near the bed with her shoes on. Red flag no 2. We only stayed a night seeing how horrendous the condition of the room and entire building, we wanted to cry and check out but because it was almost midnight and nobody at the reception after the lady left we stayed. Room were laid with dust balls found in every crack and corner of the room. The entire room clearly was not done housekeeping except the bed. The toilet bowl had millipede inside, the bathroom walls and flooring were in tearing condition. The fridge was emitting bad odour like spoiled meat, there were dust everywhere showing signs of long abandoned room. I had sinus immediately upon staying in the room. Still, the nightmare was when the mineral water bottle I poured out to drink had "God knows what things" swimming inside the water. If only I can upload the video. Will they be responsible for poisoning? This hotel should not even be in the listing and be blacklisted. The facilities are not even in existence. Swimming had no water and no maintenance the whole building. Bad is just an understatement. Please check google review, why is it even allowed to do business!? Please do research before allowing them to be your merchant.

Score is 2.5/4. It looks good in photos but not as good in real life. It 's relatively clean-no bed bugs, at least on mine. There 's was no housekeeping apparently-or I had to ask for it. Staff is nice which is a plus. If you only need a space to sleep and on a budget, it 's alright.

It 's not my first time staying here. It 's located at a great place where good food are all over the area! You will never be hungry! I love the intimacy of the swimming pool and the funky lighting throughout the hotel! A very nice place to stay.

Failed check in, no one was manning the front desk.

The heater wasn't working, and the receptionist could tell us that we can jus shower in cold water. The wall paints were peeling, and the room was poorly ventilated. After we complained to the receptionist, she tried to offer us a downsized room which was also poorly ventilated and has a smell. The 3rd room that they offered us has black trash bags taped at the glass divider between the see through shower area and bedroom. Not to mention that the room was dusty and smelly. Come on! Don't even waste our time to list this hotel in your appt!

1 Night stay. Frontdesk helpful and prompt in managing situation. Had a lil hiccups due to 1st room aircon down. In less than 10 min was given another room. Even tho its a lil smaller than the 1st room, it felt more comfy compare to the 1st room. Overall stay I'm satisfied.

Very convenient location but entire room was so dirty and dusty. Had bites from the bed. The swimming pool was super dirty as well I did not see anyone swim in it because it was gross. Hotel doesn't look as good as it does in the online pictures seems like staff are too lazy to maintain. Bath towels had holes and stains and there was no staff at the reception at night when needed assistance.

The hotel doesn't well maintain. The basin leaking water also never fix just put a towel there to absorb the leaking towel. The bathtub look dirty as well. Front counter forever no people to attend to us. Put a number for us to call, but we called endless time also no people pick up.

1st. The photos of the movie suite is really different with the actual. 2nd. The bathtub water is draining and flood the whole toilet floor. 3rd. There is no bathrobes and no heater kettle. I have to go counter to ask for kettle. 4th. Counter always have no staff and even call the mobile for assistance also no pick up. 5th. The Queen size bed is two single beds joined together. 6th. There are no projector and was told is spoilt.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the supposed large bed was made by combining two separate mattresses which shifted easily. Mattress was too soft and you could easily feel the hardwood underneath it.

Called in advance to confirm our reservation with a lady and requested late check out 1 week in advance via Traveloka app but reception (Uncle) or owner wasn't aware and shunned us off the next morning with extreme bad attitude when we inform we have requested previously. For a 4 star, the rooms was so worn out and bathroom floor paint was chipped off when stepped on it, Aircon to be turned on manually, room smell mouldy and Smart TV with no ways to connect to internet. TV channels up to 9~10 (Mainly local). No internal telephone to the receptionist and no way to contact anyone if emergency. Counter was left unattended. This hotel would need review if they deserve the 4 stars it seems like some budget hotel with 1-2 star.

There wasn't anyone at the reception counter. The beds were two single beds join into one. (Which actually opens up when you turn in your sleep) The rooms floors were extremely dirty, with wrappers and shreds of paper in the corners. Amenities were basic, can't ask for more considering it ' s a last min booking. All in all, will not visit again.

Overall great experience for us. Unique layout of the room & designs on the wall. Got bidet (impt) … bathtub was clean … nearby to halal food outlets ….
