호텔 81 코지

MRT와 쇼핑가 근처에 있어서 편리한 호텔입니다. 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 토니 씨는 친절하고 항상 웃으시며 서비스도 좋았습니다. 객실은 작지만 편안하고 깨끗했습니다.

방은 깨끗하고 좁지만 거울 덕분에 넓어보이는 느낌이에요. 옆방에서는 좀 괜찮긴 했지만 문제 없었어요

방은 정말 엉망이고 더럽고, 온수기가 없고, 실제 방은 사진과 180도 달라 보입니다. 사진이 깨끗하고 분위기가 좋다고 고객에게 거짓말하지 마세요. 실제 방은 정말 나빠 보입니다.

Good value for the money. Best for those only looking for the essentials, like on biztrip or short holiday.

At first, I checked in and the room was very smelly like someone had smoked in the room. Luckily, the receptionist changed my room to anh better room but still not comfortable, the room was quite old and so was the furniture, the toilet paper was dirty. clotted.Besides the quite convenient location, everything is not good

The room was on 4 th floor. In the meantime the elevator just hit 3 rd floor, we have to carry our luggage to 4 th floor by stair, the room is too small, different frm the picture, ac is not doing well.

The hotel was good. Near to many good place. Super cozy.

Strategic location. Friendly staff and clean room will be back again.

Tidak ada lift ke lantai 4, katanya di lantai 1 dan 2 ribut kalau weekend. Plusnya deket seven eleven dan foodcourt, kamar kecil, ya karena harga segitu emang dapatnya yang kecil kalau di singapur, MRT jalan agak jauh dikit masuk Maxwell station.

Near station MRT, restaurant, bar and hangout place. I really like this affordable hotel, but sadly I stay in 4th floor. There 's no lift to 4th floor, I use stairs to get my room but its OK. Overall I love stay in this hotel.

The room is actually smaller than the photos presented on the website, there's only one stool in front of the dressing table and we always ate on the floor, it's cheap for SG 's. Definitely not kids friendly, it s better for you who traveled with friends, fortunately there's a lift inside so you don't have to carry all the luggage through the stairs, and the plus side is you don't need a deposit to stay, excellent! 👍🏻

We had a pleasant experience here. Hotel staffs are friendly and enthusiastic. They also offered a special gift when they heard that we were on our honeymoon, so happy about it. If we have a chance to come back to Singapore, we will consider booking here again. And thank you very much to the enthusiastic staff who showed us where to eat delicious Hainanese chicken rice and shaved ice at Chinatown Complex.

ห้องพักเล็กๆ นอนคืนแรกโอเคแหละ คืนต่อมาเจาะอะไรกันเสียงดังแต่เช้า7-8โมง บรรยากาศโดยรวมคือย่านนั้นใกล้MRTของกิน ข๊อปปิ้ง ดีหมด ยกเว้นเจาะๆเคาะๆตอนเช้านี่แหละ พนักงานบริการดี

All is OK but the room is very small. Great location and good services by front desk staff.

The hotel is convenient to travel. Not far from the MRT station. The rooms are clean and have drinking water service, very good. The place is quite calm. And the service staff is good, the room is cleaned. I would like to appreciate the receptionist Khun Montri (คณมนตร) for taking care of the customers. And the service is very good. Speak politely. I do understand Singapore is 4th most expensive country! I really do. And I understand is 81 cosy is not 5 stars hotel, not even 1 star to me lol. What I do not understand is the quality of customer service. The young guy in customer service when I checked in (on 26 Nov 2022) doesn't even know how to smile. He need to learn how to make customer feel good (if you can't make it great) even though you are 1 * hotel. The arrogance from the way he speaks and treating customer makes me wonder,"does he has hard life? Seems he 's not happy with his job."Please come to Bali to learn how customer service is. Many hotels in Bali not having star, but they know how to make customer feel special. It 's about humanity. I am not sure if I want to stay there again. Not even give recommendation to others. The only one thing make me feel good is the guy who has a good customer service when I checked (on 27th Nov 2022). Thank you.:).
