숙소는 편리합니다. 다양한 음식을 맛볼 수 있고, 상점도 도보 거리에 있습니다.

좋은 직원은 없고... 도둑처럼 우리를 지켜보고 미소도 없고... 호텔 방은 매우 작고 시설도 없고... 하지만 버스 정류장과 왐포아 청과시장이 가까워요... 방 열쇠는 아직 낡았고 카드도 쓸 수 없어요... 가격도 싸지 않아요.

늦게 체크아웃했는데, 20 SGD를 청구했는데 너무 비싼 거예요. 방이 너무 냄새가 나요(누군가가 그 방에서 담배를 피운 것 같아요. 차 소리 때문에 시끄럽습니다. 직원에게 알렸지만 신경 쓰지 않아요.

여기서 묵는 건 좋은 거래였습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 하지만 개인적으로는 욕실 비데가 문제였습니다. 변기에는 비데가 없지만 다행히 샤워실이 변기 근처에 있어서 오줌이나 똥을 본 후 비데가 정말 필요하다면 그걸로 해결할 수 있습니다. 그리고 전기 플러그가 하나뿐입니다. 그래서 우리는 단자 케이블을 가져오지 않았기 때문에 여동생과 번갈아가며 사용해야 합니다. 아, 사실 직원에게 다리미를 빌릴 수 있습니다. 직원들이 바로 가져다 줄 겁니다.

I stayed for 4 nights. Holiday with best friend. The lobby was very nice and spacious. We checked in at 10 pm but the staff gave us a room with no window, low ceiling, and very small. It was a bit different from the photo. We asked for exchange and they gave us a new room with window although the window can't be opened :') We even can't open our baggage since the room very narrow. Bathroom was the best in that room. The sink, closet, shower looks new and very clean. Water heater worked very well. Room was clean enough. At first we feel uncomfortable but days by days we're getting used to it. At day 2 we can't open our door and the staff said we only pay for 1 night although I already pay for entire 4 nights. After I showed the receipt, they finally let us in. At day 3 in the morning before we left, we put the 'please make up our room' sign at the door but when we came back at night, the room still messy. The staff said it because we didn't put the sign to clean the room 🙄 Instead want to give us the new room because there were no housekeeping available that night. Luckily, there was a very kind staff who helped us since day 1. He 's the one to help us clean the room at the midnight. At day 4 we didn't put the clean up sign but when we came back, the room already cleaned 😂. After all this hotel is not recommended for you who expect a very nice and comfortable place but for you whom on budget and don't really care about anything but place to stay at night this might suitable. Also near bus station, very far from MRT station so mostly I took bus for transportation. There was a mini market beside the hotel. Another 1 star added because that very kind staff.

I stay for 4 days (25-29 Oct 2022). Cleanliness of the room not good. One time my room did not cleanup till 1800 (few time ask to reception but they say today so many room must clean up). Looks the attitute of housekeeping employee not so good, they didnot have sense of importance.

While the reception area is clean, the hallway leading up to my rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, the rooms smelt damp and moldy.

Kualitas hotel buruk. Ada kecoak dan ruangan kecil.

Staff very friendly. The room are very clean. Very convenient area for public transport and food also. Awesome.

Kamar mandi bau dan AC hotel tidak bisa diatur.

Ini pertama kali menginap di hotel ini, pertama kali masuk kamar, kamar bau, hotel terlihat tidak bersih, kamar juga kecil, dan sangat tidak rekomendasi untuk keluarga yang membawa anak2, maupun orang tua, karena banyak sekali pasangan muda mudi yang bolak balik masuk, sepertinya hanya check in jam jam an, karena kami bertemu pasangan muda mudi, check in bersama kami dan keluar 3 jam kemudian, pada saat kami mau mencqri makan malam, sangat mengerikan membayangkan betapa kotor nya kamar itu..

TV tidak bisa digunakan, air panas di kamar tidak ada.

The hotel is not near to MRT, need to take a bus. The room floor was full of hair and dust, like it was never swept. Foul smell from the toilet. Customer service was great.

Hotel looks a little messy and smelly for the bathroom even you wash and cleaning already but smelly never go. Location closed to whampoa market and city. Aircon so cold and can’t set the power as well because not different for low, medium and high

Kamar bersih, sesuai dengan gambar yang ada. Pelayanannya juga oke, dan lokasi strategis dekat dengan tempat makan dan atm.

Had my stay here for 2 nights. There are Cheers and 7Eleven stores next to the hotel which is really helpful for late-night snack or quick breakfast. The water heater worked fine, but there were ants like everywhere. Bought a sweet drink in a tight-closed bottle, but in the morning, ants were already all around it. It's my first time to ever experience something like that. Even on my bed although there were not many but they're there. The staff were nice and helpful tho. The TV and AC worked normal too. There was hairdryer in the cabinet. Also, the hotel location is not close to bus stop or MRT station. You may consider to take GrabCar or a healthy walk to reach the public transport. I'm not saying this hotel is bad, but the ants is quite a serious issue for me. The linen was kinda stained too on the side. Cleanliness is the main issue here.

Great that we have smart tv in the room, my kid can watch his favourite serial tv on youtube (Paw Patrol). Thank you
