위치는 차이나타운 도보 5분, 맥스웰푸드센터 10분, 버스정류장 5분으로 너무 좋았습니다. 객실이 무지 작긴 했는데 있을 건 다 있고 나름 아늑했어요 ㅎㅎ 뜨거운물 쓰려면 히터 전원을 켜야 하는데 켜기만 하면 펑펑 잘 나왔습니다!

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very polite and attentive. A small pentry is available to refill water bottles etc. and the reception has a small coffeeshop where you can buy coffee and a light breakfast. The hotel is in a great location between two MRT-stations, with easy connections to both the airport and key areas of the city. We really enjoyed staying at KINN studios while exploring Singapore!

Great location. Stayed at the rear unit, maybe much quieter than the front ones, since the streets were noisy at late nights. The designs are nice. The sink area in the bathroom might be a bit too small, but good enough for the layout to fit in the historical house. It's a pity that the window at eye level cannot be opened. Although there's not much view outside(rear yard), it would be nicer to have some visual connection with the exterior and have a good use of the traditional wooden blinds. Without a view of the outside, it just feel too enclosed and excluded during our whole stay. I heard this a given condition set by the landlord, and the hotel cannot do anyting about it.

Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience.

KINN Studios’ location is stellar for visiting Singapore and for enjoying the beauty of its Chinatown. Walking distance to public transport and 25min cab to SIN Changi Airport. The neighborhood is very charming with lots of cafes, traditional houses and cool temples. The reception and KINN studios staff are simply exceptional. They are very welcoming and sweet. Rooms are nice and tidy, but they’re quite small, so better pack lightly to not overcrowd the room. They are not soundproof too (at least on the groundfloor), so you can hear if people are loud in the hallway.

Lin and other staff were absolutely awesome and accomodating. Too bad I left with so many bedbug bites. Please fix your bedbug infestation. I was previously checked into Room 402. Room looked as clean as ever but after the first night of sleeping, I woke up with bedbug bites all over my left hand and left thigh.
