숙박하는 동안 직원들의 세심한 배려가 정말 좋았습니다. 앨런은 체크인할 때 사촌 생일이 있는 달이라는 것을 알아채고, 체크인하자마자 바로 미니 케이크를 준비해 주었습니다. 이런 세심한 배려 덕분에 파크 로열 비치 로드에서의 마지막 휴가는 아닐 거라고 결심했습니다.

정말 최고였어요. 클럽 층으로 업그레이드해줬는데, 객실이 정말 훌륭했어요. 공간도 넓고, 객실도 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했고, 테이크아웃 음식을 먹을 수 있는 테이블도 있었어요 (현재 제한 조치 때문에요). 위치도 환상적이었고, 근처에 맛있는 음식점들이 많았어요! 수영장 예약이나 세면도구 요청 같은 일들을 자동으로 처리하는 시스템이 있어서 다른 호텔들도 본받을 만했어요. 하우스키핑도 정말 훌륭했고, 쓰레기 봉투도 교체해주고 새 봉투도 주셨어요. 이곳에서 묵은 경험은 정말 칭찬할 만하고, 강력 추천합니다.

파크로열 비치 로드 호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다! 앨런이라는 직원분이 친절하게 응대해 주셨는데, 무료 객실 업그레이드를 제안해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 아내가 임신 중이라 현재 객실이 엘리베이터에서 꽤 멀다고 하셔서, 저희 부부가 엘리베이터 근처에 있는 객실로 무료 객실 업그레이드를 해 주셔서 정말 편리했습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 모든 직원분들이 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨습니다. 위치도 여러 식당과 가까워서 좋았습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶고, 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 즐거운 경험을 선사해 주신 파크로열 비치 로드에 감사드립니다!

I love the pleasure staying here. The room is confy, and staffs are so kind. As a moslem, the one of I likes here is near to Masjid Sultan, especially stay during Ramadan season.

Hotelnya bagus, kamar cukup luas. Cuma sayangnya akses masuk lobby itu langsung naik tangga. Saya perginya bawa stroller, agak susah, gak ada jalan khusus stroller/wheelchair. Harus angkat-angkat tiap mau naik.

Menginap untuk liburan keluarga. Kamar tidak sempit. Staff ramah dan sopan. Apabila menginginkan kamar dibersihkan, jangan lupa telepon tiap hari. Hotel cukup jauh dari MRT. Dekat dengan 7 Eleven. Dekat dengan mesjid.

Positives: big room with balcony (42 square metres), huge 65 inch TV. Very comfortable bed (5 pillows provided). Sofa is nice, long and love the use of felt (comfy). Love the room decoration (color tone, use of wood etc.). USB bedside charging ports (in fact, USB slots that come with the power sockets aplenty). Nespresso machine with 3 pods. Lovely stand-alone bathtub (huge and fills up quickly). Good size toilet that has cistern that comes with washer.- Staff very service oriented and accommodative (saw it was my wife's birthday and wished her, plus extended early check in and late check out (11am and 3pm respectively), plus provided a small slice of birthday cake) Negatives: TV does not come with Chromecast. No media port to plug in HDMI cable. Constant smell of food (restaurant exhaust vents should be nearby) makes it difficult to stay and enjoy the balcony. Sound proofing can be improved (can hear the sound of traffic). Sofa has some stains of it. Likewise found some stains on the bedsheet and one of the towel (minor irritants only to be honest). Due to shape of hotel (long shape), distance from room to lift is quite far.

It has been a pleasant stay at Parkroyal Beach Road. The services are good, lounge and the restaurant are definitely value for money. Even though the fridge is not working, it has been replaced within 30min. Fast response. Definitely to return when there is good promotion deal

1) Lounge and check-in service is exceptional, special thanks to Christina and team. 2) Breakfast at Ginger. - Missed out my queue for my table. - Staff attitude is poor and giving me attitude while serving me to my table. Didn't get her name since don't have name tag. - My table is being taken up while I'm refilling my food. Overall for 2nd point, service is totally unacceptable. Will seriously reconsider for a stay again.

It was a good stay-lounge services were good, breakfast variety was nice. However, hubby was upset as he was not able to park at the hotel front despite having many spaces. Hence, he had to park near pan pacific serviced suites.

Hotel bersih & luas. Interior kelihatan masih baru & mewah. Dapat free upgrade ke deluxe super recommended untuk yang mau stay di sini. Kita pesan dari jauh-jauh hari jadi harga masih lebih murah🤣
