Really nice Hotel , other then that one night radiator didn’t work and we almost froze lol

Rooms were definitely not as described when booked, the pictures are not a good representation of the hotel overall. We brought this up to the staff when we weren’t happy with our room and the manager was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really friendly and helpful when I needed to figure out how to navigate around. There are also lots of historical sights and delicious restaurants. The hotel itself is converted from a historical building, so, it's really inspiring to stay here. Thank you very much again!

Only point at issue was lack of any view from hotel room. Otherwise excellent

Sijainti aivan vanhan kaupungin ytimessä! Kiva hotelli ja julkisen liikenteen asemat olivat lähellä. Ainoa miinus oli hotellin pysäköinti, joka olikin maksullinen. Asia ei ilmene millään tapaa hotellin sivuilta, mutta maksu perittiin check outin yhteydessä.

Hotel Close to the city center. Only complaint is the breakfast. To little to choose from. The last day there was no brest at 8 am. Starts at 7 am. Should be improved.

Only one issue with a leaking shower door but staff provided extra towels for us to deal with it.

Good location and friendly staff in the bar. Ok breakfast. Other than that I’m not so satisfied. Was hoping for better sleep. My room was in the old part of the building. In need of repair in some areas. See pictures. The room was warm and it was not able to make it colder since the air conditioning only works during summertime, they told me. Radiator was on minimum temperature. I recieved a fan from reception, but it was still warm. Only had one visible plug for electricity accept for the bathroom so I had to remove my charger to be able to use the fan. The window was against inside of the hotel. So didn’t help to open it. The room seems to have thin walls. I could hear noice from the elevator from the room. Would not accept same room again.

出張で利用しました。立地が良く観光、ショッピング、食事にとても良い。部屋はやや汚れや老朽が目立ち虫が多いのが気になった。スタッフの対応はとてもよく朝食も美味しい。

Perfect location on the main street, with fenced parking if you arrive by car. Large (single, in my case) room and bathroom, all perfectly cleaned. Gentle staff. Good breakfast. The only minus is that air conditioning was pointed directly towards the head of the bed, so difficult to sleep with it turned on.

I did not like my room. Exception was the bathroom though. It was great but even there where little Problems. Power poit only works If you turn light on. To so good if you want To go to sleep and charge tablet at the same time. Bath towels where very much past the USE BY DATE, Thin and not absorbing water well… Shower and toilet was great. As my room 209 did not have windows out, But some kind of corridor it was not possible to have Window open…..I did not have a great feeling About the mat glass….floor to ceiling… And facing tha walkway or corridor,whatever it was…. Most disappointing was the warm fridge and most Of the power points not working. Even the one by The bed,,, I must have power point there for my CPAP machine…. I could not work out as why so Many thing are wrong…electrically.. So I opened the fuse box and I was shocked to Find most where actually turned off. So I just turned all on and it was than great.All working. But surely that should not be up to the client to do it…. The was a tissue box in the bathroom. Great! But only 3 thin pares came out …it was epty… Pillow- best not to comment,bed was OK though. A/C sort of worked…in a funny way… 3 am I was very hot…. And it supposed to be working… Than TV set. Good selection of chanels. Yes,great! But about 29-30 minutes later it turned it self off. You had to re start and start searching for the chanel You were watching earlier. That being said not all rooms are the same… I had a small single roo Reception great

Value for money is poor with a room-rate the same as nearby brand hotels with superior amenities

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and particularly helpful. The hotel has a boutique feel. The room’s furnishings and appointments were nicely done great condition. You can tell they pay attention to detail. Recommend this hotel as I have been traveling Europe and this place stands out in quality at a fair price. Rick Rakusin Atlanta, Georgia
